Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

Because people can get really bothered when the ones around them start getting killed off. If they're close enough when it happens they might even start pointing guns at you and shooting.

Depends on the person. If they're really boring it's better if they just run away so I don't have to deal with them.
