Description: The Watch and fellow members of Death City are off to catch a thief!

[Inner Residential Quarter - Approximately 12:30pm]

Confidence brimming from every pore, the thief knew that to feel great the risks would have to increase. He had to feel that rush of adrenaline, so he had gone to small convenient store just after rush hour when people were busy at work or busy getting there. They didn't have time for a nobody like him, but he had plans of his own. He had hawked a few items from a midnight break and enter in the outer residential quarter, and now he wanted a little excitement.

He entered the convenience store at just after noon in the Inner City Residential Quarter, held the clerk up at knife and gun point in order to steal money, cigarettes, and to shoot the survillence video. Cackling with glee, he had felt, pockets stuffed, backpack bulging into the streets, away from the scene of the crime. Adrenaline rushed through him as he sprinted, knocking over people as he mounted stairs to get closer to rooftops where he made his more daring escape towards other districts of the city.

In his escape, he purposefully ran passed bank machines where there were sure to be cameras. He flaunted his speed and the fact that he had gone beyond the initial excitements of home invasions. He was feeling pretty darn good. Come and chase him authorities because he was on top of his game right now!
