Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[All right, here she is, on the first day of training with her new partner. If only she knew how to start...but hey, it can't be that hard, can it? After all, people here do this sort of thing all the time. Utena smiles warmly and turns to face her new - and first - Weapon]

Are you ready, Cinderella?

Ah, yes! [She answered to her new partner. Even though Cinderella had been there for several months already this was still quite new thing for her. She had practiced turning into a weapon before, yes, but this was first time she tried resonating with someone. She just hoped not to disappoint Utena.

Cinderella closed her and turned into her weapon form.]

[Utena stares at Cinderella as she transforms, her eyes wide with awe and her mouth parted in surprise. She had seen others transform before during practice, but that was always from a distance, as an observer and nothing more. This, however, was the first time she had seen it up close.

When Cinderella finished, Utena's breath died in her throat, and her arm reached out automatically, almost as if in a trance. She could feel the energy between the hilt and her fingertips, like static in the air, and after a moment's pause she grasped the handle of Cinderella's sword form]

[Cinderella had practiced transforming enough for it to be easy for her. However, it still didn't mean that she was used to it. She probably would never get used to that indescribable feeling when her form changed into another.

When Utena grabbed her, she could feel the warm energy too. This new feeling was so overpowering and intense. It was like she could feel Utena's soul as part of her own.]

[Utena feels the warmth too, first as a soft sensation against the palm of her hand and the tips of her fingers, but soon it seeps through her skin and courses through her veins. It's heady, it's intense, and it's almost overwhelming, but Utena rides the sensation and lets it flow through her body and soul. It's not long before her body relaxes, her breathes slow and her pulse steady, though it doesn't lessen any of the amazement or wonder she feels at this very moment. She gives the sword a quick glance, her eyes filled with awe and reverence, before she cuts the air in one smooth swish.]
