Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

Once his area dies down for a bit, he wanders over to the area of training for the watch and looks around for someone official-looking to bother with questions.]
