Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[Deryn Dylan's hacking away at a dummy with a sword, completely absorbed in what she's doing. That being said, distraction won't be unwanted.]

[Naoto approaches wordlessly and observes 'Dylan's' training. Hm, she caught 'Dylan's' actual name.]

[bellcaptain]

[It takes her awhile to finally notice Naoto, but when she does she stops and smiles brightly. She lowers the practice sword she's holding and approaches Naoto.]

Good morning.

Good morning, Dylan-san. Do you mind if I observe your training?

[bellcaptain]

Of course not, though I can't guarantee that it'll be entertaining. [She's smiling as she says that though.]

[pishirogane]

I wasn't really expecting to be entertained...

[bellcaptain]

[Snorts.]

Aye, well, suit yourself.

[Deryn makes her way back to the dummy to continue her sword practice.]

[pishirogane]

[Naoto's just going to keep her distance and sit down slowly. She remains quiet while 'Dylan' resumes attacking her dummy.]

[bellcaptain]

[Deryn's still a novice at this certain style and it's nothing like the fencing that Alek and Volger tried teaching her.

But she thinks she's gotten pretty good despite the two weeks since she started learning. She gives a heartfelt yell as she brings the sword down on the dummy's shoulder.]

[Is the yell a necessity? Naoto finds any people yelling, but wouldn't that telegraph the attack to the enemy? Shouldn't one remain silent in combat or was Minato the only person like that? Hm...]
