Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

You'd be best off with more strawberries.

[Luna already has her own plate -- filled mostly with strawberries -- but she's apparently chosen to drift around the table and provide helpful commentary.]

[Sheena looks at the other woman, then her plate, then back again.]

I've been debating about adding more. [Shows her own collection of fruit--strawberries being one of many] They go so well with whipped cream and chocolate.

Especially with breakfast. [She nods.] It's a lot of sugar, but it's much easier to think after that, isn't it?

Sometimes. But I like the energy I have afterward. It makes training go by faster and seems somewhat easier.

[Pauses.]

I'm Sheena, by the way.

[quibbling]

That's true, especially with physical combat.

[A pause herself....... oh, right.]

I'm Luna... hello.

[Nods slowly.] And from what I've been told, I'm going to need that energy the entire time I'm here.

[Sheena takes a seat and invites the other woman to take one near her.]

[Eve was nursing a cup of coffee when she spotted a familiar face. So she walked over.]

Good morning.

[Hearing the familiar voice, Sheena looked up with a smile.]

Hey, Eve! How are you doing?

I'm fine.

[And then she's taking a seat beside Sheena.]

What about you?

I'm doing okay.

This is my first training here, and I should be nervous, but I'm not.

Most of the people here are really kind. [At least, that's one of the reasons she never felt nervous here.

She quietly takes a sip of her coffee.]

I noticed. Probably because they're from other worlds, too, so they understand how we feel. [She sips her own drink, wincing slightly before adding more sweetener to it.]

I don't think I asked. Are you a Meister or a Weapon?

I'm a Meister.

[A beat.]

What about you?

[Pops a strawberry in her mouth and swallows before answering.]

I'm a Weapon. I just don't know what type yet. I plan on going over there [Points.] to see if I can.

[and this would be one Death the Kid rearranging said fruit so that they are in a more orderly and symmetric fashion.]

[Sheena watches him for a few moments, and not wanting to mess up his work, takes fruit from where he hasn't touched yet.]

Good morning, Kid.

[oh—that's okay because that actually makes everything balanced!]

Good morning, Sheena. If I'm in your way, just let me know.

[..straightening this pineapple—]

You're fine, Kid. But, if I'm bothering you, let me know, okay?

[Oooo...pineapple...snatches one before he gets to it...okay, maybe a few more...]

Sorry, I like pineapple. Especially in curry.

Yep. The sweetness tends to cut the spicy flavor of the curry.

Hm. I've never tried that.

[She's looking at some of the strawberries now--along with the whipped cream. Good for all fruit.]

Really? It's not bad. I like to experiment, but I found some cookbooks in my room and have been using those. There are a lot of similar foods back home. [Takes a sip of tea.]
