Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

—Soul Cloak. You can utilize shadows to travel without being seen, though only for a short period of time.

Yes, you do.

As for using it, I can only give you the general idea of how to use a meister ability. It may take a bit of experimenting and practice on your part for your particular skill.

But I would suggest finding an area with a lot of shadows, standing on one, and then concentrate on your soul. You should feel something within you. Then try focusing on becoming part of the shadow and moving around.
