Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[She tilts her head, letting out a confused whimper, but then nods quickly. That's... she's pretty sure that's what it all means.]

[Nodding he can understand, so he gives Amaterasu a nod of his own.]

Ah. Then, I guess we'll go this way, de arimasu?

[He starts walking over to a spot under a big tree that seems shady enough, occasionally glancing back to see if Amaterasu is following.]

[Oh, she's following after him, but making sure to give him a small distance so he's not so unnerved.]

[H-He'd never admit to being unnerved! Ever! He's trying his best not to be to unnerved, anyway.

Keroro's even attempting to make small talk while they walk over to the spot.]

K-Kero. Um. Th-The weather s-sure is nice, isn't it, de arimasu?

[Well, he does smell scared.]

[She lets out a woof. Yes, it's nice today.]

I-I've heard that d-do-...wolves need to stay p-properly hydrated, so...remember to drink a lot of water, de arimasu.

[Keroro lets out a visible sigh of relief when they reach the tree, and he sets down the thermos before spreading out the blanket on the floor and taking a seat.]

Ah. Um. Y-You can sit down too if you want, A-Amaterasu-dono. I-I mean, please have a seat, de arimasu.

[She raises a wolf brow, pausing with one paw in the air, but then continues, confused. Well, okay... random moment to share information.]

[She nods when she's invited onto the blanket and sits besides Keroro.]

[Small talk is difficult, Amaterasu. And also awkward when you're preparing at any moment to be attacked by a cold, wet nose.

Keroro unscrews the lid to the thermos, curls of steam rising from the tea inside as he pours it into his cup. He has another cup, prepared just in case he breaks/loses/misplaces his and he pours a cup for Amaterasu as well.]

I-I hope you like Metokkori R's hojicha, de arimasu.

[Yes. It probably doesn't help that she's a terrible at conversation. She's making sure to sit far enough that he doesn't have to fear the nose, but he's still scared.]

[When the thermos is open, she perks up a little more. Smells good. Her tail goes back and forth for a moment as a cup is offers]

Arf!

[Keroro keeps holding Amaterasu's cup until he realizes that...she wouldn't be able to take it from him. Oops.

So he sets it in front of her instead. Her wagging tail puts him at ease because she'd said it was a good thing, right? That meant that she liked Metokkori R's tea and anyone who liked something his shop sold couldn't be that bad (cold, wet noses notwithstanding).]

[That cold, wet nose has to come within proximity as Amaterasu leans her head down and laps at the tea, licking her black lips after a few tongue fills of the liquid. Mhm~ Pretty tasty.]

[Keroro does jump a little when the cold, wet nose moves closer, but he forces himself to calm down because it isn't being pointed towards him.]

W-Well? Is it good, de arimasu?

[She nods quickly, giving him a wide grin. It's not like the best she's ever had, but no one has given her tea here. Just water...]

[Probably because most people would assume that as a dog/wolf that she wouldn't drink tea? Keroro has no idea about things like this though. His experience with dogs consists of running away from them.]

I-I'm glad to hear that, de arimasu!

[True. Ohh, she's been wanted tea so yay! Tea finally! Have a nuzzle without the nose touching!]

[Well, at least Keroro isn't running from the nuzzling. Just sitting very, very, very still.]

[Oh come on. There's no nose touching.]

[He's trying his best, Ammy! He's afraid of dogs!

And at least he didn't run this time. One step at a time!]

Ruf! [Her tail flops against the blanket. Why yes, she would love some more!]

[Well, he pours her some more and see, he didn't even spill any because his hands were shaking! He's making progress!]

[That she does. Happily, she lap away at some more when he's done pouring.]
