Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[He recognizes the look and plays with the thought of provoking Kenshin even more for a moment before he dismisses the idea. This is neither the time nor the place to make a big show of his presence (yet).

Inclining his head, he lets his expression slip into the knowing smile of his host. He doubts that the man in front of him will let himself be fooled, but any accidental onlookers for sure should be.]

I guess many people have problems fully coming to terms with it just now. My apologies if I were too rude. Sometimes it just ..happens.

...Mm. [he doesn't look away yet, and there's more suspicion in his tone than anything. everything about bakura seems off, and it's bothering, and he doesn't quite know what to do with it.] You've never struck me as rude before, that you haven't, though perhaps it's merely stress.

[not that he's really buying the excuse, but wtf is going on here]

[He tilts his head to the side, not in the slightest bothering to care about how creepy he might come off as. Kenshin has already caught on so there is no reason for Yami Bakura to put up much of an effort to keep the facade.]

I fear I have my times when my duelist-persona gets the better of me.

[he has to wonder if this is what others feel watching when he becomes battousai. it isn't the most assuring of feelings.]

M-hmm! [he smiles] Since I usually play either the Game Master or one of the villains when I and my friends play together. A game without a proper challenge wouldn't be fun, right?

[the change back to the bakura he recognises is almost as startling, and kenshin can't decide if it's comforting or not. he doesn't answer immediately]

Aa... perhaps it wouldn't. You are very dedicated to your games, indeed you are.

I am! [That's not even a lie or part of his act. Bakura is very dedicated to the games he plays and makes a point to win them fair and square by their rules ~~which he usually makes himself~~.] I have an occult deck that I play in Duel Monster tournaments. Many find it creepy, so it's easy to get really into the mood of those 'fights'. It's lots of fun!

This one doesn't completely understand.... [deck, duel monsters, but he knows enough of bakura's love for games that he just assumes it all goes together and doesn't even bother asking] But as long you enjoy it fully.
