Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

This power, can it be activated only during resonance, or am I able to use it by myself?

I'd imagine you'd be able to activate it to some degree without a Weapon. However, it would not be as effective and would really only be at its strongest during a resonance. The only real way to know is to try, I suppose.

How can I activate this power? Just get really angry?

Essentially, yes.

But remember that it will also weaken your resonance, so I would advise only using it when necessary of if you feel you can handle the situation.

I am fairly certain that here Oberon is a work of fiction, but to hear that in another world he is not is rather fascinating.

On the other hand fairies and pixies do exist...so it's not impossible for it to have been based off a similar figure...

Yes. In fact there are a number of magical creatures and those other than the witches who know how to use magic. The type and how they use it is the difference.

Yes...and I apologize for that, though that's what BREW decided. I'm still debating whether or not if that's a good thing or not as I can see merits for both.

On the other hand, you have been granted new abilities of your own, even if it's not the same or may not be as powerful as what you are likely used to.
