Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

Thanks. I don't really have that much experience in actual fights though. I only really have what happened to me here to really go on.

[ Mithos tilts his head to the side as he pauses his attacking. ]

O-Oh? I... guess it's a good thing. But from the looks of your training you can do pretty well in a fight even if one is just practice.

[ With that he proceeds to attack the dummy again. Attacking it a few times with the sword and finishing it with a slash at the stomach ]

Oh... no, but 'here', I meant since I came to Death City, not in the training here.

[ Mithos blinked because laughing sheepishly. He's being a little clumsy with his wording. It must be the nervousness of speaking with a stranger. ]

A-Ahhh, I knew that. I meant to say that the training you do here reflects your performance in an actual battle. It... doesn't really matter where the actual battle takes place. And... that... it's a good thing you haven't had to do many battles here in Death City.

*Chika blinked, looking over at him before giggling a bit.*

Oh. I see. Yeah, I guess it's good... though I want to change that. Sitting here while the war goes on isn't going to help us get back home any faster...

Anyway, my name's Chika Daimon. What's yours?

[ Mithos nods his head in agreement. ]

Nothing will be done about the war if we don't do anything about it. The war will just continue and never end. [ He doesn't want to see another war last as long as the one back home. ]

Oh. Uhm... Mithos Yggdrasill.

Nice to meet you Mithos! How long have you been here?

N-Nice to meet you too, Chika. I've been here... three weeks now?

[ Arrived on the 27th of last month. It's the 16th... sounds about right. ]

You're adjusting okay?

I've been here since the end of November myself. Kinda feels a lot longer than it really has been though.

It was... a bit overwhelming and surreal at first. I've never really been in a city this big for long back home. But... I'm starting to adjust.

[ He tilts his head to the side ]

You've... been here for a while.

Yeah, I have. It's not that bad though, and I didn't even need to adjust to living in a city.

... Though the type of city on the other hand was something that I needed to get used to.

What kind of city are you used to? Ah.. well... other than becoming a meister or a weapon.

Well, one less based on death, for one thing.

It's also not as tightly packed as most of the cities in my country back home either.

Death City... is pretty packed together. It's nothing like the capital back home.

[ Which is quite possibly the only city he's really been in. ]

So... your cities are more widespread than this...?

Yeah. Tokyo's... well, super packed. To put it lightly. My hometown of Yokohoma's not as packed, but there's still a lot of people there.

So you're used to places with a lot of people. Was it... nice leaving in a place like that?

Yeah, it was! It was always pretty lively.

It... must have been nice then. I... did a lot of traveling so I didn't spend much time in populated areas.

[ He couldn't help but be a little envious. Humans get to have so much while his kind has to suffer. ]

I see. Did you enjoy travelling at least?

Every journey has its good and bad moments but... yes. I enjoyed it.

Yeah, I can understand that.

But at least you were having fun, right?

[ That question wasn't the easiest to answer either. But he'll just nod his head ]

Yeah. Traveling can be difficult but I had a lot of fun while traveling as well.

Exire. It's... a small village in the sky. [ Thanks to Maxwell ] Not many people live there. It's... peaceful but it's also... a bit sad.
