Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[She nodded, observing still, but turned fully towards him when he hisses.]

[He scowls, putting the hand with the gun down but not letting go of it.]

It's nothing. [Just a pretty big stab wound whose stitches have torn open again.] Tell me more about how to use firearms.

[She stares. Obviously, she's going to have to take him to get medical treatment soon]

... Very well. Where would you like to begin?

[He'll be nothing short of trying to murder her if she makes the mistake of scratching his pride. The great Bakura does NOT do petty weaknesses like this!]

[Right, very scared. And when his arm stops working, not her fault if it has to be chopped off. Still going over there soon.]

Alright. We'll start with the gun's build and maintenance.

He also has the same nasty scar as the other Bakura has on his left hand, running from the back of it to it's palm in a silent reminder of when it has been impaled. He moves to give her the gun, but then hesitates and draws his hand back. He'd rather keep the weapon.

But he will listen.]

[She... takes silent note of that. It's eerie; something bizarre to undoubtedly investigate later when there aren't any missions or murderers about.]

[Naoto begins going into lengthy detail about the gun he's holding, various models, understanding bullets and calibers, and details on maintenance and why it's important. It's a lecture that definitely kills time.]

He listens to her go on and on, zoning out from time to time as he keeps an eye on their surroundings. So far he has successfully managed to dodge his host but he knows that with them being both present at the shooting range he's pushing it.

Once she is done, he nods. Clicking the safety on, he moves to put the gun away by simply tucking it beneath his belt.]

They are more demanding than I thought.

Of course. Guns are dangerous to both the users and individuals that might be on the other end.

[Staring at Bakura.]

Funny, I thought that's the point of most weapons. [He can't help but taunt her for pointing out the obvious.] Being dangerous, that is.

Yes, but most weapons won't suddenly backfire on the wielder if they jam.

[In which case, knives and various other objects don't jam] Anyway, the guns here are mostly non-lethal.

[Well, that's a pity. He'd rather have them lethal.]

Most weapons can backfire on you badly if you are too stupid to control them properly. [Especially if dark magic is involved.] Why aren't they? Wouldn't it be more clever to teach people right away how to defend themselves?

[Yup, not here.]

Yes. Give inexperienced people guns with real bullets. A brilliant idea.

[He shrugs his shoulders, a sadistic smile flashing over his face.]

It'd certainly show you quickly who is worth the bother of training them any more and who's just a dead waste of space. [Is he joking. Probably. ..not.]

[She stares coolly still. Ryou Bakura, your twin is crazy. Moving on then]

Anyway, you should visit the clinic workers stationed here this morning and have your injury taken care of.

[Oh, if it only were something as simple as him being his twin and yes, he very much is.

He gives her a look.]

Sure. [Said like that, you can bet that he won't.]

[He turns around and starts to walk away - with the gun.]

[Yeah, no.]

[He scowls. Stopping, her turns around to her, grins and places the gun on the next-best table.]

See, that's what I meant. Are you often here? [He'll come back to get one if he can't find anything better.]

[She rubs the bridge of her nose. He... is going to need a leash or something. Perhaps she will speak to Ryou.]

I'm instructing today.

[He gives her an amused look.]

Is that so? In that case you have my thanks, teacher. What you showed and told me was very interesting indeed.
