Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

[Hope you don't mind a small two-feet-tall green frog attempting to reach some bagels.

The bagels are stacked a bit too high for him, however, and Keroro finds himself straining to reach the blueberry one that sits just out of his reach.]

[She's heard of alien frogs from someone before but actually seeing one... Well, he seems like he needs help so Deryn grabs the bagel he's reaching for and hands it to him.]

[Keroro blinked when he saw someone taking the bagel from the pile, but he smiles as soon as he sees that the person was actually helping him. He accepts the bagel with one hand (while the other balances his plate.)]

[Deryn grins at that. Who knew she'd be talking with a frog today...]

It's nothing. I'm Dylan, I don't believe we've met before.

[Actually, he's an alien. Although everyone's been calling him a frog so much lately that he's pretty much accepted it.]

I don't think we have, de arimasu. It's nice to meet you, Dylan-dono. I am Sergeant Keroro of the Keroro Platoon, de arimasu.

[bellcaptain]

Oh, a Sergeant! [Grins widely and salutes.] Good to meet you then, sir. Midshipman Sharp at your service.

Ah, no, I should be the one at your service, de arimasu. I am only an enlisted officer, after all, de arimasu. [He returns Dylan's salute with a salute of his own.]

Nevertheless, you're still an officer of rank while I'm still in training.
