[Open] Morning Training! - February 16th

Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 16th.

Both your friends and foes must be equally bruised -- is it hard to tell them apart? [there's a solution to that, too: just kill all your enemies and be done with it.

joking aside, he has another rush to contend with. qilby holds his ground, parrying the (mercifully-clawless) punch with a sweep of his arm, before aiming a low kick at demona's knee. hopefully it'd be enough to distract her from an assault on his now-vulnerable upper body.]

[On the other end of the spectrum, Giroro had been up since long before anyone else was. Because that's just the way he rolls.

Though getting breakfast was proving to be difficult. He is, after all, only two feet tall. He was trying to get at some rolls that were piled on a tray, but even standing on his tip-toes he couldn't reach them.

It didn't occur to him to ask anyone nearby for help. He had his pride, okay? Besides, he's sure if he stretched just a little further he'd be able to touch the tray! From there it's just a matter of dragging it closer to the edge of the table so he can reach the rolls.]

[He leans against a tree, a bit further from a normal distance for conversing. While he's far from comfortable in this situation, his expression remains blank. Ryoki doesn't need to know more about him.]

[Hades ignoring things like personal space is perfectly fine when the target is an ex-serial killer who also has difficulty with things like personal space (as well as not dripping blood everywhere, apologizing, knocking on doors, etc etc).

Sai had turned around the moment he noticed someone standing behind him then he had looked up and up until he saw the horns on Hades's head. His eyes had widened then and his mouth had almost immediately stretched into a smile as he reached up to touch the horns.]

[Kariya is hanging a little awkwardly off to the side of the various Weapons grouped up to learn to transform. Legs crossed at the knees, arms behind his back, he is doing his best to send off the message I totally know how this goes and am ready to poof into a battleaxe or whatever.

It's not like his last drop-in for this sort of training ended without much real progress on his end of things. He'll get it down, this time!]

And I'd like to be a part of it, Roy. I...was a protector on my world. I believe that people should be allowed to be who they are and live the way they want, without having to suffer so others can benefit.

Huh!? E-everything's fine! [An answer made all-too-quickly. It was his own damn fault for letting his mind take a dive into the gutter. Minato posed what he hoped was an innocent question. Kanji's eyebrows furrowed in thought. ...No, he was teasing, he was sure of it. It wouldn't be the first time, not after that discussion in the arcade.]

[He hadn't even noticed he was squeezing the poor can so hard that he was getting (thankfully cooled from his forgetting about it) coffee on his pants.]

[Noticing his soul reaching out, her own reaches back slowly. Can't always approach things too quickly]

[After the sudden answer, the small detective just watches this spectacle of Kanji contemplating while crushing his coffee can. It appeared as though every time he thoughts got worse, he gripped down harder. Soon enough, she's watching the contents spill. Good thing she brought some spare napkins from breakfast. Minato evokes such a strong response from Kanji]

... I'll talk to him later about teasing you. For now, you might want to clean up before that sets.

[She looks at his hand a moment before taking it in what may be a surprisingly strong grip.]
