Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on July 8th.

[She is so ready to train! In fact she has been waiting to hone her skills since she arrived in Death City. Of course she has no weapon and doesn't intend to partner up any time soon. However she is determined to find some form of combat she can use on missions. In addition she knows nothing about her soul abilities, but that will come with time.

[ It will be no small wonder if half the morning training field hasn't heard them by now, Re-l groaning about being trained in hand to hand combat, no matter how much she needed the assistance. After all, she'd only been trained with a gun, but then again, if this kept on - Re-l huffs, pushing aside the realization that Vincent could probably honestly hurt her without meaning to for her usual stubborn insistence, facing him squarely again, jaw set and determined.

Of all people she could trust not to throw her around or underestimate her, and here she was having to remind Vincent that they were partners, and blushing every time they so much as touched was ridiculous - ]

I need to learn this, and bruises fade quickly - again. It's too hot to draw this out too long.

Good morning everyone! Have you all had some water? It's supposed to be really warm again so stay hydrated.

Anyway, we're going to cover how to treat eye irritation. Getting sand is one example, but you never know when you could get mud in your face or splash a chemical in your eye... Not that I'm trying to scare anyone! The book picks bad examples... Ah! So, the proper way to treat your eyes when you get something in them!

[Naoto's had better days. She isn't ill, but part of her wish she was. Placing a hand on her chest, she furrowed her brows as her heart picked up in its palpitations. Her body was still incorporating the high volume of energy terribly and she knew it wouldn't change until they got their Witch soul. Until then, it was all vying for some semblance of dominance and maybe lend Naoto an ability.]

[A bark made her open her eyes and she gasped, looking at Watson. Raising her hand, she pet the steadily growing pup.]

I'm okay... [Not really, but she can fake it.]

[Looks like she's not planning on moving from her spot soon. Why not strike up a conversation?]

[Along comes a frog with an umbrella. Keroro isn't going to get too close because of the dog, but he can still look concerned even while standing far enough to get a head start if the dog attacks him with its wet nose.]

[Hiro actually had taken a few days off of Morning Training this week. Why? Well, he just felt like sleeping in. Right now, he's currently taking a break from getting back into training, chilling out on the sidelines.]

[ Things have been harder than usually for her later. Although she's a Weapon - or maybe exactly because she is one - it's not as easy to fight the way she did back home. Things just don't seem as simple and straightforward anymore, but she still knows she has to return home, and preferably as quickly as possible. Yet she can't find any way for it rather than working and training harder and harder, no matter how much it wears her out.

No matter how harsh she has to be to everything - no matter how much the world and all the people on it rejects her. She'll fight by herself if she has to. She's used to it, isn't she? Of course she doesn't like it even if she's used to it, but..

.. The frustrations and emotions pile up, and today Masako practices until she's ran herself ragged. Normally she never looks weak anywhere where someone can spot her, but when she finally sits down, she looks absolutely miserable with how exhausted she is from both the training and what happened with Heisuke this night, her breathing uneven. ]

[Fujino's here as usual, though she's not standing aside this time. With her hair tied in a ponytail and wearing lighter clothes, she can be seen running around and breathing kind of heavily.

[At some point, Lassie had wandered off. The rough collie did enjoy exploring and meeting new friends and Aqua usually just let her as long as Lassie didn't wander off to somewhere Aqua couldn't see her. Today was no exception.

As Lassie wandered off to greet people she knew and didn't know, Aqua sat off to one side, tying together some pieces of wood. She tightened the ties on the handle and it looked...like a giant wooden key, but without the teeth. Though there are other wooden pieces nearby and more leather cord so maybe she just hasn't gotten there yet.]

[ Duo didn't usually bring Zero to morning training, at least not when it was forecasted to become so hot later on in the day. He'd learned the first time, out in the desert, that temperatures could shoot up more rapidly than he'd ever thought they could, but the little guy had just been so eager when he'd gone to leave the apartment he couldn't resist. The braided teen lets the pup trot along beside him, and though Zero is young, he tends to listen to commands well enough for his age.

He still doesn't quite expect to be approached by a familiar rough collie, though Zero is fast to alert him to Lassie's presence, barking and rushing up to sniff the other dog, as if making sure she was friendly as Duo reaches down to pet her head. ]

Don't listen to him, he doesn't know what he's doin'.

[ Eventually Re-l had taken to taking shelter in the shade of some nearby building that had managed to survive the sandstorm, a cooling pack on the back of her neck, and her shoulders a bit red thanks to the beating sun. No amount of sun screen ever seemed to be enough, but water was all she was concerned with, for the moment, after her usual gauntlet of 'training' exercises that she could do by herself.

After her cool off she'll most likely take to going back to work, so catch her quickly! ]
