Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on July 8th.

Usually. Somehow I think that's why BREW picks all of us. Because we're busy accomplishing what we have to so we'd be perfect for this place.

No one has that kind of power. You'll drive yourself insane if you dwell too much on it. Better to save your strength of the battles you can fight.

You can't say that just because there hasn't been anyone who was able to do that yet! If humanity always thought that, then nothing new would ever have happened! Someone needs to do something, and if I'm the one who has to, then that's it..!

[ Because she's always taking responsibility on her own shoulders, all by herself - no matter how big, or, in this case, ridiculous. ]

So instead of learning about where you've ended up, you've decided the best bet is to fight the people in charge? How did you plan on doing that exactly?

Don't act as if I'm going to do it right this moment. I'm still trying to gather information.

[ She scoffs, but ends up looking away from him after that. She doesn't have enough energy for this right now, honestly, but she knows she has to save face. ]

Well, at least you're thinking smart. Revenge of any kind needs to be calculated or it's wasted.

I don't claim to understand you, but I know a thing or two about revenge.

Even if you know about revenge.. you do not feel any sort of hostility towards this place? You don't want to get your revenge against them for bringing you here to begin with?

[ That would be a strange idea to her, with how focused she is on it as her enemy for dragging her here. ]

No. Maybe it's different for me. BREW took me after I managed to accomplish everything I needed to on my own world at that moment. *Not to mention taking him away from the Underworld and free of Hades' control.*

The way I see it, you can either beat your fists against a force you can't explain or change or adapt yourself to where you are, accepting this is where you're going to be for however long you are here.

Adapt..? Are you talking nonsense?! I'm not going to adapt for the sake of kidnappers!

[ That's what BREW is to her in the end, after all - regardless of whether it needed help or not, it still took them against their will. When there's things that are so much more important, so much more precious.. ]

It's not really adapting for their sake, but for yours. *She kind of reminded him of his younger self, years ago, when things started to rapidly change in his life.*

If I adapt to this place, I'll become nothing to complacent. Just like somehow the masses here have already become. [ She's speaking like she's a lot older than she looks, huh.. maybe she just grew cynical and had to mature too quickly. ]

I won't allow that to happen to myself no matter what.
