Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on July 8th.

What else are we to do in this place? [ Training, going on missions, more training, dealing with weird incidents that happen here.. all for the sake of hoping to progress this war so she can just go home already, so she can save her family without having to live with this fear and insecurity that maybe she failed and maybe she's too late every day.

Well, after the recent events in her life, she shouldn't really still question weird things like that, but still, it doesn't sound like anything that could happen in her world - it sounds more like something only something like BREW here is capable of. ]

Not particularly, since judging by the kind of people I see here and talk to, it's quite standard. I come from Japan on Earth in the 21st century. As for anything special like transportation to multiple universes, magic, aliens, or anything other ridiculous of the sort, I would say it doesn't exist. [ Sure, that does mean she leaves out certain things that shouldn't exist either, but.. ]

Have observed that most humans here seem to be from approximately same time period as you. Theorize that BREW chooses targets for whom this universe will be familiar. Makes trolls outliers. Am not sure why so many are brought.

My partner would be an "outlier" as well. He is from over a century before my own time. I heard there is a pharaoh here as well, and such a person would be from even further into the past.
