Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

[Morning training was beginning to wrap up for today, but Naoto isn't concerned with clean-up. Not that she left the Shooting Range a mess; it was tidied up again. On the contrary, she was examining the trees. As for what purpose, it wasn't really anyone's business. Perhaps try taking this moment to bother her.]

He remembers Naoto from his first day here though, and actually now he thinks about it, it was Neji that was staring off into the distance so-- maybe they're kind of similar? That would make sense.

I'm seeing if the trees have had any notable changes after being exposed to the water infected with black blood two weeks ago.

Black blood!? What's that!? Sounds kinda creepy.

Black blood is as the name suggests. It can act similar to blood, but it's capable of infecting anyone who consumes it with Madness. I don't know much else about it presently, but it's something I've been meaning to inquire Shibusen about. Most likely, I'll speak to Stein-sensei.

You don't have to be infected with black blood to become influenced by Madness. As for where black blood is, the Witches would most likely have it.

A Witch? Well, both the Meister and Weapon need to be of an exceptional level. It might be possible to defeat one sooner, but a Weapon needs to collect 99 souls before collecting the Witch's soul in order to become a Deathscythe. And yes, it must be done in that order.

[Kanji stifled a yawn with his hand, coming down from all that coffee. Still, he couldn't let himself head out of the park today for home, not when the weather was so damn nice.]

[He came to a stop next to her when he found her, following her gaze. He folded his arms.]

[Ah, it was only Kanji this time. She had been using excuses all day. A few weren't outright lies, but a few had been. Still, wasn't someone inspecting trees]

[He lifted his head, taking a look at this tree. Not wanting to get his coat caught on a branch, he started slipping his arms through the sleeves.]
