Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

[Neji makes a point of lingering around the Watch area for anyone to talk to- particularly for those from his current zone soon to be reassigned elsewhere, and any Watch members assigned to Outer Residential Districts I or II where patrols may want to get to their potential new Zone Lead a bit. Of course, the schedule seems inclined to shift quite a bit, so anyone could end up anywhere, really.

He's got tea, and alternates between sitting on a bench and milling about the area with it in hand]

[Neji glances up, then stands with a nod] That's correct. Zone Lead of Outer Residential District III until it's fully decommissioned.

Unfortunately, I can't say I've had much time to fully review the rosters of the other residential districts, so I'm unfamiliar with most individuals assigned to them at the moment.

[Not the most social of people, but it's actually kind of nice even if it does mean he has to make up for it a bit]

Given that it's more populated than this district, the evening hours must be more active as well. Anything in particular I should be aware of in the case Lain and I find ourselves assigned there?
