Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

[Per usual, Saya made breakfast, traditional Japanese breakfast to be exact! Enjoy steamed rice, Miso Soup, Natto (fermented soy beans), Nori (dried seaweed), rolled omelet, and broiled fish.

And feel free to bother her]

[Takuto's got a plate with nori, omelet, fish, and a mound of rice. He's trying to figure out how to put miso in the bowl in his other hand while holding said plate. Somehow he got one chopstick in each hand.

Too much food and not enough hands!]

......... [what are you doing takuto.

Saya grabs the bowl, filling it with miso soup for him] You know, the food is not going to disappear.

[Sheepishly, he takes the bowl back.]

I know that. But I'm really hungry.

[He moves to a nearby table where he can eat, and sets the food down.] And it's best to eat it while it's fresh, right?

[sayatakagi]

That is true. [he smirks a little, in a cocky way] Is my food that good?

[tauborn]

It tastes even better when I've been up all night.

[The way he's digging into the food is probably a good indicator of how delicious he thinks it is. After a few more bites, he grins at her.]

It's like breakfast for dinner.

[sayatakagi]

Up all night? And you come to the morning training like that? [Saya is one to talk, she does that all the time]

If you like it that much, I can cook you an actual lunch, or dinner.

[[oh heck yes! Despite already having a plate of pancakes and fruit, Bakura's going to be loading up on this selection as well. Don't worry, he'll eat it all. And likely be back for 2nds~]]

[you people sure eat a lot, don't you.]

Are you even going to eat all of that?

[[looks a bit sheepish as he nods]] I didn't eat breakfast before heading out this morning. [[sounding almost apologetic.]]

[sayatakagi]

[she shrugs] As long you eat everything in your plate. [she doesn't want to cook so people will throw the food away after]

[shiromadoushi]

Of course! [[all smiles]] I wouldn't want to waste someone's hard work cooking all this!

[sayatakagi]

That's good. Then enjoy! [because she likes it when people praise her for her food]

[He could smell the food from a mile off - and to say he was hungry was totally an understatement.

Bother you? Yeah, he's totally right there at your shoulder, Saya.]

[when she feels someone over her shoulder, Saya steps away a bit.

That's the point, yes.

[Hey-- does he smell or something? No, he's not smelling himself either.]

Oi oi, any of it?!

[Just made his morning. That's a plate in his hand and there's some of everything piling up on it.]

Yes. I cooked it for the morning training, so you can eat as much as you wan-

[In between shovelling some random-- ooh, what's that looks good, on his plate, and shoving some omelette in his mouth he turns back again, blinking a few times.

Oh-- wait, this was for other people too or something? Just swallowing that mouthful before he speaks up. You might want to be thankful about that.]

Ah-- Oh. I'm just hungry. This ain't much right?

[she shakes her head] You can eat as you like, there is more for others on the other tables. [she has a feeling she will need to start cooking even more]

Yes, I am a bus boy but it's not about real buses. I'm busing tables....but i'm still just an apprentice.

[Uhh, she remembered his name, and it was good, if only he could recall her first name, too!]

That makes sense... I guess. [she shrugs and hands him the plate after]
