Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

I'm doing okay! I didn't know you were a training instructor! That's so cool!

Actually, I've only started teaching. I figured I might as well help out fellow guests a squick; not everyone is used to fighting in their world.

I'm glad to hear that! Have you found a partner yet?

Well, no, not yet. I've been trying my best to work with as many people as I can, though!

*Auron nods over to his fellow teacher. He hadn't talked to this kid before.* Morning.

[Dylan nods once in acknowledgement.]

[Then the boy smiles.]

Aye, only just. I've been noticing the ranks thinning a squick due to people being sent home so I offered my aid.

Seems like it goes in cycles. Might mean we'll get a lot more people soon.

I would hope so. Even the Watch is a wee understaffed.

We'll just have to pull our share until we can recruit more people or more people get into the city.

Do you train with a lot of weapons where you're from? *Because you look kinda young*

[Anise wasn't use to waking up this early but she wanted to see what was so special about the morning training. It's been a while since she last been to one and she wanted to see some new people. It was then that after walking around, she spotted someone familiar.]

Hey, Dylan! Good morning!

[bellcaptain]

Anise! It's good to see you.

[Dylan smiles at her, being completely truthful.]

Are you here for training?

Me? Kind of!

I didn't realize that how much I was out of shape so why not? Besides, it's been a while since I've been here so it's a good way to find a partner!

And yet somehow you've wandered over here. You don't seem like much of beginner if I'm to judge from the last time we had a tussle.

[That's just teasing, of course.]

Well, I certainly look the part don't I?

[She smirked right back at her] That should count as something!

[bellcaptain]

Aye you sure do. [Chuckles.] Would you like to spar then? I've some time right now.

I don't see why not!

Are we going to fight with weapons or with our fists? [If it's the latter, she's going to need a lot of training on that]
