Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

[And then he'd shove her over for tummy rubs. He couldn't do that while prone!]

[She lets out a yelp, but then wriggles around on the ground, panting happily at the belly rubs.]

[Hook, line, and sinker! Have a scratch under the chin while he helped himself to a little squish of a paw pad. He'll give the sunshine a little time on her tummy.]

I gotta wonder if you come down here to train or because there's food n' pets.

[She huffs. Of course she comes to train! The pets and food just end up overriding the importance.]

[He chuckled. Thought so.]

Hey, if I were you, I'd be doin' the same thing! [...Possibly with more rolling in the grass.]

Oh yeah... y'got that message from that Deathscythe guy about the field trip? You gonna go?

[She stares up at him, blinking. Makes sense.]

[Ammy nodded her head. Yup! Field trip field trip!]

Cool. I ain't lookin' forward to shakin' sand outta my shoes n' hair every ten minutes, though.

[And you, Ammy, will probably need a bath after the field trip.]

[Her ears pointed up and she perked. That sounded good! Her tail thumped against the ground.]

Though, you're gonna have to see if there's anything left if I get there first!

[And he took off like a shot.]

[She wriggles happily, but then blinks when he darts off.]

[Springing back up, she speeds after him, four paws carrying her much faster than two legs.]

[Oh, shit...! Maybe he should have thought this through better!]

[But he'd still try, moving as quickly as he could, taking advantage of that head start before those four paws so used to traversing the hilly landscapes of Nippon would enter a stride.]

[Though, Kanji was no magic talking tag...]

[Now now Kanji, you're also nowhere as fleet-footed as those messengers she can beat or her horse son.]

[She's darting passed him soon enough]

[He watched a flash of white pass him by, and he poured on just a little more speed, jumping to catch and bring the wolf down. Reckless, yes, but this could possibly turn the tides... Maybe.]

[Kanji's about to get her--! Until she swerves aside, her tail flicking up so it can't be grabbed.]

[Almost, almost...! Then, Ammy swerved, and down he goes.]

[He skids across the grass a few feet before he props himself up by the elbows.]

That table better not be cleared when I get there!

[She comes to a halt a few trots ahead of him still and looks back, her tail wagging with some tease. Get up then!]

[She continues on her way; the table is in sight!]
