Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

[She licked her lips and glanced up at Kanji. She nodded her head this way and that. Sort of; mostly in the past month back home.]

[He should probably ask what it was she DID do sometime... but less talking, more face-stuffing!]

[He bit into what he hoped was a bit of bacon, but he made a face and casually put the rest back on its serving plate.]

Take my advice: Y'wanna avoid that.

[Looks like Amaterasu was avoiding them anyway, eating the various things that look as though no animals were harmed in the making of.]

[He really shouldn't be surprised, considering her role. Still... no bacon? No fish?]

[Kanji nudged away the natto. Not a fan. It's all you, fluffbutt.]

[There's the occasion, but this certainly isn't one.]

[Yeah, well, Blondie's got his eye on the last of the tamagoyaki. After trying Megumi's, he'd been having a craving for it lately.]

[This batch has been extra sweet, too... whoever made it must've known who was going to inhale it.]

[Amaterasu doesn't mind. She's going to stop now since it appears as though there are a few late breakfast comers.]

[A few, slightly grumpy-looking ones. Whoops. Kanji stopped picking things off the table and focused on his plate, just leveling a look at them as he stepped aside. They can have whatever the hell they liked... but he had every right to be here, too.]

[Amaterasu sat next to Kanji, licking her lips to remove any food that may have been caught in the fur around her mouth. Well, now they should wait.]

[Well, waiting just meant more pets. Twist his arm. As the others tucked in, he set his half-finished plate down and decided to better his mood: Poor Amaterasu's ears were neglected.]

[Oh yeeesss! She was wondering when Kanji would get back to those delicious pets.]

[Well, all she needed to do was ask! ...Uh, somehow.]

[Now wheeere is that spot that makes all the fluffy ones kick their leg. He's just gotta find it.]

[She turns her head this way and that, letting his scratch everywhere. She doesn't even know what he's planning.]

[He'd get those ear and chin scratches in, but he'd move on to her back. All right, you, where is it...!]

[And she'll arch pretty much like a cat. Keep looking Kanji.]

[Nope, more fluff here, more fluff there... it was usually just at the bottom of the ribcage, right? Jeez, this is a lot of fur. He wondered if she has coat blowout like every other furry thing.]

[He scratched one side. Okay, the spot HAD to be here!]

[Still not that spot Kanji. At least she rolls onto her back for some belly rubs now.]
