Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

it was a little unusual today since they had both the Meister Ability and the Soul Perception sections together, but recent returns called for it. at least his Soul Perception made things a little easier.]

I can help anyone who wants to know either their Meister Ability or anyone who does not know whether they are a Meister or Weapon.

I was here before as a Meister... but someone told me that if you come back, you can return as a weapon!

Recognized? You mean if you don't have Soul Perception or some other ability that allows you to examine the soul?

Yeah. How do you tell a fluke from a hint of what it could be? Or do you just need to look at me to know about it as well?

Angry eyes were trained on Death the Kid. She had every right to be angry, this was his clubhouse, and his command. Meaning that her being here was, entirely, his fault.

She stayed toward the edge of the area, watching him. She wanted to gauge what kinda person brought her here. She didn't look impressed.

[even without his Soul Perception picking up on various other souls as he activated it when working on others, he could sense someone was giving him the angry eyes. a quick glance over only confirmed it.

I can tell you, though I won't be able to show you exactly. I may be able to give advice how to use it if I'm familiar with it.

...wait, what's a Meister Ability?

And I'm still not clear on the whole... people turn into weapons thing.

All Meisters have their own special ability that they can utilize. Usually they're catered for aid in battle, but some are less so. For example, my Meister ability is Soul Perception. This allows me to perceive and examine the souls around me. Other examples of meister abilities include enhancing one's strength, speed, focus, and also even healing or countering against other abilities. There are a lot of variations to it.

As for people turning into weapons, that's actually more common here in our world although its history is less natural. At any rate, usually it is a genetic trait that is passed down through families. Those with this gene are able to transform themselves into weapons that Meisters can wield to fight against kishin eggs, which can only be damaged by these Weapons.
