Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

Neesan? Can you teach me your defense technique? With the way your Weapon power works and my Meister ability works, I think we could make a pretty powerful defense together.

Hm? Do you mean...my Protective Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms? [She thinks it over, wondering how it could be adapted to work in Death City. Since without chakra, it would make the offensive part of it difficult. But the defensive part would work well enough, she thinks.]
