Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

It didn't turn out to be a good thing though. It had a limitation I wasn't aware of.

Back home my powers had a lot of limitations too, compared to those this one isn't as complicated. But it is more troublesome because the more I use it, the worse my resonation with my partner gets.

I need to work harder and figure out what I have. All I know so far is my aim is improved...

Like... I'm pretty good with throwing kunai. That's one of the bases of basic weapons exercises in the academy. But here...

[Obito looks off in the distance, remembering.]

It's like, I know where to throw the kunai just right when I'm aiming at someone, and I can catch them right where I want to. But... it only works if I'm aiming at a person. You would think a moving target would be harder to hit, though.

I wonder if that's why BREW is able to pull people here from so many different places and times. It doesn't matter if someone's from a different world, or a long time ago; even if you're dead, there could still be a soul floating around somewhere that could be called here...

Though I don't have any idea how BREW decides which souls to bring or send home. [Obito doesn't even seem to realize he's gone off on an odd tangent.]
