Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

[ WHATEVER. Tenten grabs a bunch of senbon and prepares them by slinging them between her fingers. ]

Get in position, Chika! Let me see how much you've improved!

Alright!

*And there Chika goes, jumping into a ready stance as she waits for Tenten to start throwing those senbon at her.*

[weaponry]

[ Tenten leaps backwards and into the air. She tosses about four senbon down towards Chika, but, with her improvement, they should be easily evadable. ]

[scatterflower]

*Yep! Definitely easily evadable! Chika barely needs to give any effort at all to avoid those senbon, and looks up at Tenten to wait to see where the next batch of them will be coming from.*

[weaponry]

Good job, Chika! Now, let's see if you can dodge something a tad harder! [ Tenten throws three sets of Senbon, all with a half second pause and at various altitudes. First are the really high ones, then the really low ones, and finally there are three that seem to go in a triangle outline. ] Go!

[scatterflower]

*Well darn, that was going to be a bit more difficult. Chika ducks to the side and under the high ones, and then rolls back to the other side to dodge the low ones.

But those triangle outline ones were going to be a bit more tricky... but she manages to jump to the side and roll out of the way of those as well before quickly making it to her feet.*

Excellent! Do you wanna practice these more or go harder? [ Either or is fine with Tenten! she just has to check! ]

Make it a little bit harder!

[weaponry]

All right. Get ready! [ Tenten backflips and tosses a storm of needles that travels in a spiral shape. The end of the continuous spiral though, awaits ten needles all tossed 6 inches apart in a diagonal line. This is a little bit harder, Chika! At least you only have to weave in two directions to dodge it. ]

[scatterflower]

*Oh. Crap. This might be a bit difficult...

Chika moves, weaving through them and trying to avoid getting hit. She's not so lucky, or rather she is, as one of them goes through the sleeve of her shirt, but didn't manage to break the skin.*

Wow. That one was close.

[weaponry]

Great job Chika! Your form can stand to improve a bit, but, you've made such an improvement! You're an evasive expert! [ She beams as she takes a kunai and holds it firmly in her hands. She obscures the kunai from Chika's view. ]

[scatterflower]

*Chika grinned, standing up a bit straighter as she blushed a bit.*

You really think I've improved that much Tenten?

[weaponry]

Only one needle in your sleeve is all the proof I need! Either that or you've been extremely lucky, but I don't consider that likely. [ Chika's luck seems sort of below average. ]

*Chika giggled at that.*

Yeah. I guess that's a good point. Back when we started I would've been a pincushion after that.

Yeah. You would have been just riddled with needle holes. We might have needed to get a medic.

*She giggles a bit more.*
