Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

[Whoops! Hughes dives over to try and catch Kid. Unfortunately, since he is a few steps behind, the best Hughes can do is grab Kid by the back of his jacket.
...which slips through Hughes' fingers after a couple seconds.]

Oh. Crap! Er— Sorry! Uh. [Man, his reputation with Kid is probably going down the gutter... This world clearly hates Hughes.] Um. Are you okay?

[splat on his face. it takes him a moment before he manages to sit up and rub his forehead.]

Kid was the leader of the city! What could possibly recompense the shame Hughes had been constantly piling on the poor kid unintentionally? What had Hughes done so wrong to deserve this?]
