Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

I've always been quick on my feet. And I like to fight my enemies directly. I've never tried a bow or anything like that. [He never had to--most enemies just attacked him straight-up.]

Ha ha, I keep my distance a bit when fighting when my friends help me. But punching and kicking are my best moves!

Sure! Like a spear or something?

You use taijutsu? [ She's very interested in this! She knows her way around hand to hand combat, as well!

She stares at Yugo for a bit. Should she really give a small kid sharp things? ]

Sure. Here you go. Let me know if you're able to wield this well. If not, I can find a shorter or longer one, depending on what you need. [ She hands one that's about half a foot taller than Yugo to Yugo. She figures that'd be the maximum range he'd be able to use well without the spear turning unwieldy. ]

If that's what it's called, yeah! I learned it from my Papa.

[He handles the spear awkwardly, as though unsure how to hold it. He shifts his grip, holds it like someone would hold a baker's shovel. It seems to help a little.] Am I holding it right?

Hm. Your father must be quite the taijutsu expert if he's able to teach someone as young as you to fight so skillfully! [ She rushes behind him and gently grips the spear above his hand. ] You don't hold it quite like that! [ She crouches a bit, and starts to readjust his hands. She gently tilts the spear in an angle pointing forward, and moves one of his hands upwards and the other downwards. She reconfigures the way he holds it, so he has a tighter, firmer grip with all of his fingers being used, like he's holding a very large jug of milk. ] This should be much better! Give it a try!

He used to be a bounty hunter, so he was pretty good at fighting!

[He lets her adjust his hands to the right position. Yugo steps forward and tries a thrust. It's not well-aimed but it's firm, now that he has the right grip. He breaks into a grin.] Got it! So, how do I use this?
