Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February March 4th.

[Yuuri waited for that information to sink in. Then paused and blinked at the odd change in expression. Was there something wrong with the other boy?]

[His questioning sound was cut off though when Pit answered him.]

Eh? Oh, yes! It's quite literal.

[There are lots of things wrong with him. But now that he's had sufficient time to process, he decides this is basically the coolest thing ever.]

I've fought with more weapons and weapon combos than I can shake a stick at, but I've never become one myself before.

Can you show me how? Does it hurt at all? Will I still be aware of what's going on around me?

[pause]

Question barrage, sorry.

Ooowaaah? Really? [His eyes widen at that.] I've only ever used a sword. [And not very well at that... well... he fought well but it was his sword doing the fighting and not him.]

Nope, it definitely doesn't hurt at all, and you will be aware of what's going on around you. [He smiles at that before shaking his head.] You don't need to be sorry at all.

I can show you how it works and then we can see about getting you transforming?

[calamaried]

Really! [He starts gesturing with one hand as he rattles them off.] Staffs, guns, bows, orbitars, clubs, palms, claws....etc, etc. [Grin.] But a sword is a good one, too! I know a guy who manages to do a lot of damage with just a sword.

[And now, rubbing his hands together.]

All right, on with the demo! I hope I turn into something cool...

Wooooah! That's so much! [To say that he's impressed is an understatement o.o ] You must be really talented to be able to use so many different weapons!

[Pulling himself out of his awe, the young king nodded.]

Sure! I'll try and do it a little more slowly than usual so you can have a good look.

[There was a smile flashed at the other boy before Yuuri began to concentrate. It's been a while since he had to give a demonstration, so he didn't want to do the transformation too quickly!

It only took a moment, and soon enough there was a light beginning to emanate from his body moments before he fell down to the ground in his Weapon form. It initially looked like a regular broadsword at first, but on closer inspection, there was a ghost-like face embedded within the weapon.

Peering up at Pit with his hollow eyes, the ghost-like face smiled broadly.]

That's what happens when you transform.

[He was going to attempt some modesty because yeah, sure, he's good at what he does but he's by no means the best of course-

But then his obliging instructor really got down to business- literally. Although not a skeptic (he'd seen enough in his life to know just how many impossible things were possible), he still couldn't quite picture a person morphing into a weapon. Yet that's exactly what Yuuri did.

Pit crouched down to peer at the sword with a face in the crosspiece, mouth hanging open.]

Who-ho-hooooa! Look at you! You're all dapper and swordly this fine morning. Is it all right if I pick you up?

[The hollowed eyes peered up at Pit when the other boy crouched down. He was used to the reactions people often had with his sword form, and it was the same type of one he had when he'd first met Morgif, but he hadn't expected what came next.]

Eh? [The ghost-like face peered up in confusion.] Dapper? [He blinked again before he grinned widely.] I think you'd have a new best friend in Morgif if he knew you'd said that.

Sure! You can pick me up.

[Yeah, well, life needs a little variety every now and then, don't you think? Pit was always happy to provide! Wasting no time, he wrapped his hand around the hilt of the sword and lifted it.]

Nice weight, good balance- [He swung it around a few times, hacking at invisible foes.] I'm not making you dizzy, am I?

[Yuuri was used to being swung around in battle, so Pit's movements didn't bother him in the slightest.]
