Description: Every morning in the city, Morning Training takes place to prepare the guests of the city for the war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on February 25th.

There have been a few. I'm sure you can imagine the reasoning for lack of turnout though.

Aside from people just plain being shy about it, the general atmosphere around this place isn't entirely warm and inviting. Especially not with a name like Death City...

It's also possible that some people really haven't been hugged their entire lives, too. So, it's not just being shy, but unaccustomed to them.

There's definitely that too. There are probably plenty of reasons, really. But I think if no one ever offers, it's less likely for anyone to ever want to know what it's like, you know? And hugs are actually very good things.

That depends on your point of view, I guess. If you feel bad, then maybe a hug can help.

But, some people might see it as an invasion of personal space or privacy. But, you're offering, so at least it won't be unwanted if they accept.

What I meant was that a hug isn't inherently bad. It's not the same as other gestures. It's entirely possible to have a veiled smile, but a don't think there is such a thing as a ill hug. It could be possible for a hug to be turned into something else entirely, but the nature of a hug itself is far too personal for it to easily be used in a negative way.

Well, I was using the assumption that someone wouldn't be hugged without permission, but... Yeah.

Yeah. Exactly like that. ...though if a hug was a weapon, I'd be a little worried, hahaha.

[A hug can actually be turned into a weapon, if it's held too long or too tightly--and the person has the strength to back it up.]

Of course, but it wouldn't necessarily be a very good one. It's inefficient as a weapon since you would usually have to gain someone's trust first. There are easier things to use.

I was just thinking... [How odd] A "hug" and a "hold" are basically the same thing; it just depends on how tight your grip is. It kind of takes a lot of trust to let someone hug you, to, doesn't it?
