Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Friday, August 21st.

[The target seems small from over here, but with a little practice it won't seem that far for long.]

[Like finding a Weapon's ability, there is no magic miracle to this; just some good old-fashioned hard work will get you there.]

[Kyubey was never the fighting type. Besides searching for Meisters and getting some food, Morning Training is overall useless for himself. Still, observing the other Guests practicing, mentally taking in what they used, their forms, and other small things about them, he could compile who would be useful to him and who wouldn't if need ever arose.]

[Tail swinging back and forth, he had another thing to think about and that was Kyoko. She had been watching him for a while now. At any time, she could expose him for... whatever reason. Still, curious how she wasn't so happy about being a Magical Girl anymore. She already knew the truth... a truth maybe in her universe.]

[When some of the instruction needs are done for the morning, he can be found standing under the shade of a tree with his arms crossed over his chest. While his head is up and his stance appears ready to take on pretty much everything, he is in fact standing with his eyes closed.

He might actually be sleeping while standing, a talent come from years of standing watch on his world. His breathing is even and he is completely rooted in the spot he's taken up, but he will open his eyes if someone talks to him or touches him.]

[Anyone who spotted Rosalia this morning could probably guess she was tired. Breakfast and her class, she managed, but afterwords with sparring and weapon handling, it was more apparent. It wouldn't do for her to be tired at work though so she left with her parasol a short distance away from where training was actively happening.]

[Though she found a nice shady spot, she still opened her parasol as she sat down. She tapped her communicator to try setting an alarm to go off ten minutes before training ended, but she wasn't sure if it was correct. It... seemed right. Unsure, she set it aside and 'fluffed' her usual bag before laying down. Parasol tilted to block any extra sun and legs tucked, it didn't take long for her to doze off. She shouldn't be disturbed, but who could say considering everyone around.]

[A long throw, but one that was met with an enthusiastic response. Off his leash, the rottweiler was darting after the ball, big paws pounding with ears and jowls bouncing until he back pedaled to snap up the toy. Turning, he ran back to the small detective waiting for him. He dropped the ball at her feet and was rewarded with the treat he expected.]

Good boy...

[Another morning out with most of the pets and it puts Naoto at a relative ease. She's definitely more approachable while playing with the rolling pup and scratching him behind the ears while a crow just watches from the tree. It may even be possible to have relatively normal conversations with her at this time.]

[Sitting seiza style in the middle of the field fairly close to the sparring area is Akiha. Across her lap is the falcon-headed Egyptian was that some may recognize as Sion's weapon form, and her eyes are closed. Every once in a while, her eyebrow twitches or she will raise a hand up to wipe are sweat beading on her brow.

Anyone curious what the pair is doing, is free to bother them during the breaks where Akiha, oddly out of breath, picks up her water bottle for a drink.]

After finally getting into a steady routine for coming to morning training, Kyoko feels as if she can bring herself to take a small break and relax a little more easily when the morning begins to wind down. Finding a sunny, open spot in the fields (which shouldn't be too difficult, as more people were really vying for shaded areas), Kyoko laid down to catch a few minutes of peace.

Which, of course, is the optimal time to come bother somebody, right? Right.

His normal level of enthusiasm for coming out and training in the hot sun, while not very high to begin with, had begun to slowly return to Shinji, and as much is a little more obvious on this day than it had been previously. Asuka leaving and failing to return the way Kaworu had was difficult to recover from, so while his mood isn't fully healed, he's resolved to not let himself drown in his own sorrow. Things were looking... perhaps not bright or optimistic, but at the very least, okay.

He can easily be found taking up a shady spot while not preoccupied, simply trying to cool down and maybe take a bit of time to people-watch.

Once the morning begins to draw to a close, Mondo can be found running a few laps around the training area, hoping to blow off a little steam before returning to his apartment. Or, more likely, returning to skulking around on the city's streets for a few hours. Anyone who's seen him the past few hours of training should be able to easily tell that he's ridiculously restless, and while he doesn't quite have the same aura of anger that he did just a week ago, he doesn't appear too friendly at the moment.

[Lily's scheduled for a trip to Hamburg later today with Lezard to look into reports of a demonic little girl attacking women but there's time to give the park's plants a watering before then. Trailed by the fluffy gray cat and yellow-eyed black kitten that had belonged to Raidou, her task is interrupted by sneezes. She's going to have to find someone to watch them before she leaves for that mission...]
