Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Friday, August 21st.

[Neji's smile softens as her head comes to rest on his lap, and he reaches out an obliging hand to softly stroke over her fur. A bit awkward, as he's never had a pet before, and he's not sure how much she's like other dogs or even cats when it comes to attention. Kakashi's ninken were far from ordinary dogs, after all]

You've done a lot for me- more than you needed to. I'm grateful for your support.

[As clumsy as his petting is, her tail wags still and her head lulls to rub his hand as she grins. The wolf is glad to lend a paw to him and the other guests at any time. Though, he was going to have her for a while.]

[Neji hums shortly, growing steadily more confident as she leans into his attention, eventually falling to scratch just under her jaw. Some of the cats that wandered through the compound looked to enjoy it, and he wonders if the same is true of a wolf]

[Head up, she does enjoy the chin scratch, but she would like it if her ears were scratched again. This is shown by her tail lazily wagging instead now.]

[He doesn't know what her tail wagging really means, but he assumes the speed of it somehow corresponds to her general happiness. Neji's hands scratches up to the side of her neck and rubs experimentally between her ears again]

[As his hand moves, her tail changes pace. It wags a little more at her neck, but picks up notably between her ears. He's almost there.]

[It's amusing to watch her tail pick up speed behind her, growing increasingly excitable as his hand scaled her head. Thumb and forefinger cradling the back of her ear, Neji massaged it with a pace to match her swaying tail]

[And then he found the spot. Her tail picks up to a rapid pace and she leans into his hand more, huffing. She was very pleased.]
