Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 18th.

[Staying aloft is kind of tiring for them both... definitely not made for long flights]

[She's having fun, but yes, she could go for another snack and nap to recover.]

[As they touch down, the wings unweave, folding in to just lightly wrap around the harness portion]

It giveth a lot of use in battle and mobility, but it is not particularly an efficient way to travel.

[She looks down as the obi weaves around her again in the harness shape]

No, it's not. Still, what it can be used for is enough.

It's a good one to practice, since thou certainly wouldst not want it to fail at a critical moment. But at least that is quite fun to do.

Yes! Perhaps if we train more, we could extend the flight time.

Yea, or work on the agility and fine control. Leaping in the air is fine, but if thou canst not move quickly, thou art not but a target.

Right, well shall we practice some other forms first before trying that again? Staying aloft so long is a bit draining.

Yes, we can. Though, which weave first?

We can start from the basics! Tis always good to practice thy form and spacing so that they come most naturally and without hesitation.

[She adjusts herself to wrap loosely about the wolf's neck like a scarf, how Amaterasu normally wore her.]

Let's go, shield weave, hammer weave, spiral weave!

[motherofthesun]

Very well! Let's have a go!

[Amaterasu stands still as the obi moves from her chest to her neck and steels herself.]

[Ah! She knows them! Shield, hammer, and then twist both ends together into a spiral.]

Good, good! Thou art getting faster with them! And thy form is tight - that is important to their strength. And again!

[While they practice that, she starts a conversation as well, to test how naturally the weaves come to the wolf]

So, what dost thou think of some of the latest arrivals? It seems it's never very long between times when new ones show up.

[She continues going through with practicing weaves]

A nervous bunch, but that isn't new. Yes, BREW seems to be activating more frequently lately. Perhaps all the chaos is making it nervous.

I wonder if no one hast tried to speak with it yet - it seems to be alive enough, as most people regard it.

I wouldn't mind trying.

Same. Though I wonder where they even keep it... is it the same area we arrive in?

Now, the wings!

[Not that they'd necessarily fly, but being able to weave the wings quickly was important]

[motherofthesun]

I don't believe so.

[That takes a little more because first the harness and then the wings.]

I suppose it be somewhere secure then, understandably. I wonder what else it can do besides bringing us here...

[She tests the wings, smoothing the feathers and sharpening the lines]

Tighter, sharper. It's important that nothing be loose for this one especially.

Doesn't sound like anyone can find out right now.

[The wings are still a relatively new fold so getting them to be just right would take a little more practice.]

Right, right...

Ah, right... they said something about it not being able to do anything until the war was finished?

It's more when the wish has been fulfilled which could mean the conclusion of the war, but there are multiple solutions to it.
