Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on March 29th.

Weapon Transformation: Guiding new Weapons through the sometimes difficult process of finding a form and then re-finding their original one. Taught by Bakura Ryou, Yami Bakura, Aqua.
Soul Perception: If someone wants to find out more about their soul, what they are, and what they may potentially do. Overseen by Hades.
Partner Training: Guidance on how to work as partners. Taught by Spirit Albarn; Eve and Keroro
Weapons Handling Training: How to handle weapons and Weapons. Taught by Death the Kid with Liz and Patty.
Shooting Range: How to shoot. Taught by Naoto Shirogane, Maes Hughes.
Meister Ability Helpers: Learning what your meister ability is and how to use it. Taught by Kanji Tatsumi, Miles Edgeworth.
Finding a Partner: An area for unpartnered Weapons and Meisters to mingle in. Overseen by
Meditation: This month's novelty class is on focus and meditating. Taught by Hyuuga Neji.
Medics: A place for the medics to linger, recruit, and help anyone that's gotten hurt. Helping out are CR-S01, Rosalia Rossellini.
Watch: A place for the watch members to linger, recruit, and train. Interested observers welcome!
SEES: A place for the SEES members linger, recruit, and relax.
Hug Brigade: Offering encouragement through hugs. Staffed by Maes Hughes, Maito Gai.

[For those who want to see what getting your ass kicked looks like.]

[Practice sword in hand, Edgeworth runs through the rigorous warm-up routine Azusa has drilled into him after several one-on-one sessions with her. He pays careful attention to each pass, strike and move, his concentration unshakable.

...until he makes a mistake. At which point he'll grunt in frustration and start over from a certain point. But his movements are smoother now, more practiced, perhaps even more confident.]

*Mickey's watching Edgeworth go through his routine, concentrating on spotting any mistakes that he was making... and sure enough, he made one. That said, Edgeworth picked it up immediately, and was right back into the swing of things again. Which was definitely good, that's for sure. He'll wait for a lull in Edgeworth's movements before asking a question.*

You're pretty good at this. Who taught you?

[prosecutory]

[Edgeworth lowers the practice sword, breathing hard. Beads of sweat have formed on his forehead and he turns toward Mickey's general direction.

He has been around Death City long enough to know that there were weirder creatures than famous talking mice, so he isn't shocked or surprised.]

I take martial arts lessons under Miss Azusa.

[Matter-of-fact, although there is a touch of pride, possibly gratitude, in his tone.]

Well, if how you're holding that blade is any indication, than she's obviously good at teaching people how to use a sword. How long have you been training for?

[prosecutory]

About four months. [He brushes some hair out of his eyes.]

[entreats]

[ .. Oh, it's the guy from last time. The one who had already given in to fully trusting this place more or less, right? That's how Ange mentally registered hm, either way.. and she's here to practice herself too, but honestly, right now she's more just sitting down while taking a breather and watching him, as if she's trying to learn something from his movements. ]

[prosecutory]

[While going through the motions, Edgeworth notices Ange from the corner of his eye. Not wanting to stop and derail his routine, he continues, making a mental note about her location and the last time they had spoken; she was skeptical, just as he had been, but he did not blame her. Her perception of Shibusen and Death City may have changed since then, or perhaps not. Edgeworth dwells on this before letting his mind slip back into concentrating on his movements, each pass and slide and thrust...

When he's done, he walks over to her, mopping his brow with a handkerchief and trying to look presentable even though he was perspiring.

After several months of training and life in Death City, Edgeworth has that down to an art.]

Good morning.

[entreats]

Hey.

[ If only Ange was half as formal as Edgeworth, but.. alas, it may not be so. So she just greets him casually, even if there's still some sort of vague distance about her own casualness. ]

Looks like you have a pretty good training routine.

[prosecutory]

Thank Miss Azusa for that. She has taught me much of what I know.

[The rest was from the usual training instructors during each session. Azusa was responsible for giving Edgeworth real, formal lessons.]

[entreats]

Azusa..? [ give her a moment to think, as if she's trying to remember whether she knows anyone with that name here.. ]

Does she usually help out at morning training?

[prosecutory]

Yes, she does. She is more than willing to teach anyone who asks.

[He asked.]

[entreats]

[ .. Wait, that makes it sound too much like she wants help! Okay, Ange, got to mention your cool independant exterior, here goes-- ]

I guess that must be helpful for some people. [ smooth. ]

It is, yes.
