Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 18th.

[She raises her head, bumping his hand with a weak wag. Nice to have someone here. Amaterasu will just look fresh tomorrow for a partner.]

You look well, in any case.

[And he keeps scratching gently.]

[She huffs and tosses her head, soon nuzzling against him. He looked well too.]

[He finally sits down on the grass beside her; kneeling would hurt after a short while and it looked like Amaterasu really appreciated his presence and attention.

Edgeworth stops scratching behind the goddess' ears and gently strokes her fluffy side.]

[Don't mind her, but she's going to lean into the pets and, consequentially, onto Edgeworth.]

[Edgeworth blinks when Amaterasu leans onto him; well, he didn't quite expect that, but he takes the weight of the wolf and doesn't topple over.]

[Then he won't mind stealth lick.]

Ah -

[Edgeworth was surprised, but he didn't mind because he's used to dogs. Stealth lick is super effective!]

[Haha, she'll take her victory with a wag.]

...you seem to be regaining your energy already.

[Pat on the head.]

[Regaining? She always had her energy! She decides to pounce on Edgeworth to show him.]

[She showed him well. He has been well and truly pounced upon and falls over with a surprised yelp.

Good thing she's not that heavy, otherwise today's breakfast would be prosecutor pancakes.]

[And now, for all the nuzzles and licks. Having him covered in enough fur and licks, she'll get off him and trot around in a circle, tail wagging.]

[Edgeworth can't get a word in with all the fur and the licks. No escape. When she finally gets off him, he runs a hand through his hair and straightens up - although he remains seated. Then he brushes his clothes off, makes sure there are no creases, and wipes his face with a handkerchief.

Okay, his dignity has been restored. Not that he minded its temporary loss in the first place.]

[I stand corrected: one cannot regain energy that one has always had.]

[Once he's all tidied up again, she decides to sit riiight up beside him and lean. So, he was saying?]
