Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 18th.

Yep! So if you want any advice on finding weapons and stuff, you can always ask. I might not have the greatest of answers, but I'll do my best.

[Rocking back and forth a little, Mizuno looks thoughtful for a moment.]

Honestly, I'm not even sure where to start or what to do. I've never actually fought anyone at all... [Frown.] You fought for me...

[He nods.] Your best bet is to start learning how to handle regular weapons. There's usually a few people here at morning training that are available to help.

Naoto-kun, for example, runs the shooting range and is really helpful. Auron is a good teacher for weapons like swords. There's also a really nice dog--or maybe she's a wolf--who is very good to practice against, but... [He frowns slightly.] She can be a tough opponent so maybe start off with Auron or Naoto-kun.

[And then he smiles kindly at her again.] Just remember you don't have to fight if you don't want to, either. You could assist at the clinic or any number of other things to help us win the war without actually fighting.

[innocent_blue]

[Mizuno listens very attentively, nodding in agreement with him.]

I could do that! I don't mind learning, I... think it's probably best I know how to use something anyway.

[She pauses, thinking.]

I don't know if I'd be able to fight, but... I want to do what I can! [She smiles brightly at him.] Whatever that is!

[tauborn]

I'm sure you'll figure out what it is BREW brought you here to do.

[Fighting might not be it, but he suspects Mizuno might have a good punch or two in her somewhere regardless.]

Oh, and one more thing--even if you never plan on fighting, it's good to check in with Kid or Edgeworth-san or whoever is helping meisters figure out what their secret ability is. Maybe if you know what your ability is, you'll have a better idea of what you'll be good at doing.

[Or maybe not. Takuto's ability has been pretty useless so far, but that's probably because he can't figure out how to use it properly.]

[Clapping her hands together, Mizuno smiles brightly.]

Ooooo! I want to know what my special ability is! [A soft pout touches her lips for a moment.] It's not talking to birds anymore. I've been trying.

[Then she brightens again.]

Hey, Takuto-kun! What's your ability??

[tauborn]

I... um, attract attention.

[Because he is dazzling, or something. But as one weapon pointed out to him, it's really just another way of saying he has "bait powers."]

[innocent_blue]

[After blinking at him for a few moments, she starts laughing.]

But you don't need an ability to do that! [She beams at him.] You're very flashy already! [She obviously finds his ability very entertaining.]

[tauborn]

[He laughs, because finally someone else seems to realize right away why it's so hard for him to learn to use his ability: he can never tell if it's working or not.]

I'm pretty sure you're right. But that's what I was told my ability is, anyway.

[innocent_blue]

[She pats his shoulder reassuringly, still giggling.]

I guess it doesn't hurt to be even more flashy! Everyone will get so distracted, they won't be able to do anything! [This is way too funny, I'm sorry.]

[tauborn]

[He laughs again.] Well, I hope it ends up being that useful!

[Because right now it totally isn't.]

I'm sure it will be! [She pokes his cheek and smiles at him.]

You're amazing, Takuto-kun! You can do anything! [And she honestly believes this because Takuto is her favorite male person in the whole world, so...]

[He laughs in response to the poke, scrunching up his face. The compliment didn't sit perfectly well with him, but he hadn't technically disproved it yet.]

Anything I can do, I'm sure you can do, too. [He winks at her.] Maybe even better~

[Mizuno can't help but blush a little at that. Sometimes Takuto can still catch her off guard and make her feel things she isn't used to feeling.]

Maybe! I'll definitely try to prove you right! [She puts on her most determined face.]
