Morning Training

Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on April 24th.

Aaa-- sometimes I just say things without thinking! Jounouchi-kun's always yelling at me for it... And it's pretty easy for me to forget that most people still have important people back home... [[Since. Ya know. He kinda doesn't with Yuugi being there now and all. Not that he didn't have any other friends or anything like that! Just... well... yeah.]]

[Judai scratches his cheek idly, trying to continue appearing upbeat.]

Ah, yeah, that makes sense. Don't worry, though! It's not like... uh... Well, they're not dead or anything, yeah? [At least he hoped not... He wasn't actually sure what would have happened to Yubel when she unfused with him...]

Un! And everybody says that time doesn't move at all back home while people are here, so it'd be like you were never gone!

[Actually, that was a very sudden and huge relief for Judai. He blinks and then grins widely at Bakura.]

Really? It's... oh, wow, that's ... so good. [He laughs, mildly unsure how to handle so much relief at once.]

He scratches his cheek and laughs a little awkwardly.] Yeah, I guess. It's okay now though! At least, I think so...

That's the important part, ne? No matter what tournament or anything else is going on, everything will be just as it was.

Yeah... And just... I'm gonna have to really hope that's true. [Otherwise, he might have a crazy girlfriend to deal with again. And that's a scary thought.]

I'm sure it is... After all, there are plenty of people from the same world here, from different times in it, and no one's ever commented about someone having been missing back home while they were here.

[Judai lets out a soft sigh and starts eating again, a lot more slowly now.]

Well, I guess that makes sense. [Unless there were multiple realities and worlds that even those people were from... but he's gonna try to not think about that right now.] I'm glad for that at least! [Small laugh.]

Yeah... Yeah, it kinda does. [Though he can't help but feel that it's still going to bother him on and off anyway. Ah well.]
