Morning Training

Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on April 24th.

He starts backing away but not fast enough to protect his breakfast from the seeds.]

Stop, de arimasu! This is wasting food, de arimasu!

[Lily doesn't have anything against breakfast. She's actually quite good at baking muffins and making omelets!]

[It's just a bit difficult carrying around a heavy bag of grass seed that's already open without spilling any. And the shouting doesn't help. But she finally realizes what the problem is.]

Oh, sorry. [She's a bit sheepish as she grabs the opening of the bag and pinches it closed with one hand.] Um, but since when did frogs eat sausage...?

[He'll just be...attempting to brush the grass seed off of the sausages now.]

Since when weren't we allowed to eat sausages, de arimasu? And I'm not a frog, I'm an alien, de arimasu.

[And she sets the bag on the ground since it's hard to hold up with just one arm.]

I didn't say you weren't allowed. I just thought there would be other things you critters would prefer. [Like bugs...]

[He wonders briefly if grass seeds are edible and what happens to Keronians who eat them...]

But sausages are natural, de arimasu. They're made out of pork, de arimasu.

[Keroro sets the plate down. He's not going to find out something like that at the risk of having a stomach ache.]

But they don't come like that. I meant something with less cooking involved. [Do frogs even have teeth to chew meat?]

[If Keroro doesn't want them, maybe that wolf will. Or a dog. Have there been any strays around the park lately?]

...You can die from eating raw pork, de arimasu. [As he isn't a frog, he does indeed have teeth to chew meat. And his teeth grow back really quickly too.]

I wasn't saying you should eat raw pork. [The idea of frogs with teeth eating meat from pigs is pretty weird. It's probably a good thing Oscar isn't around to hear this discussion given his porcine disguise!] ...I just thought you might enjoy something that doesn't need cooking.
