Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 18th.

You're certain he'll be alright?

Think so. He's taking it very seriously in that very earnest way of his.

[Neji quirks a brow, shaking his head, and glances back down to the schedule beside him]

Well in any case, I hope he takes leadership just as seriously. I should have given you someone more seasoned so you wouldn't have to manage him, the district, and serve as my Second all at once, but... Well, at least he's enthusiastic. A drive to succeed will have to be enough for now.

If you don't at the least have the drive, you won't do much in the Watch. *That's what he thought anyway*

What kind of plans do you have for the Watch, Neji, and since I'm your Second, what does that mean I do?

[He nods, cradling his thermos of tea and looking out toward the field]

First, I want to get the Watch back to a reasonable capacity. For that, I could certainly use your help for recruitment. Once that happens, I want to run specialized drills and exercises for our members. Morning Training only covers so much, and the Watch needs to have a number of capabilities that aren't taught here in order to be truly effective. Honed reflexes, situational awareness, and pursuit tactics with a greater focus on teamwork, as we ideally work in pairs.

As my Second you will of course, handle the office when I'm unavailable. You'll assist me with field coordination and speak on behalf of the Watch when it comes to our interests... With you working as a Zone Leader as well, I believe that'll be enough.

*Auron nods* I'd say we should make it mandatory for all members to learn first aid. With the way this city keeps getting attacked, Watch members could help the injured more than just dragging them to the clinic. We all aren't surgeons but we should be able to help the injured to some degree.

[Neji hums in consideration, then nods] I could likely ask Rosalia-san to work with us in that regard. Or those of us that know first aid could try our hands at teaching.. I'd feel better with a medic on-hand to do so, however.

I did give survival skills classes every now and then. I should probably have another one soon.

[He nods] Desert survival is critical in this environment. Perhaps best when we gain a few more recruits, or so. Hopefully, BREW will bring in some more willing individuals.

Roy used to keep real close track and had a system down of when people usually arrived. The timing's all off now. People get her sooner. So I think this means we should see some new faces pretty soon.

Yes, I recall the regular appearances. I generally aided in Soul Perception when the tours were given, but that hasn't happened for some time.. Along with being irregular, the number of those that arrive seems smaller lately.
