Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 4th.

[She stares at her own hands. She's not sure what kind of fingers or wrists were good for this sort of stuff. So she held them out to show Kanji instead.]

[Kanji is... momentarily confused. But when she holds her hands out for him, he just kind of blinks at her a moment before deciding to just freakin' humor her. But when he takes a look, he thinks about her role as a Meister. He hasn't seen Eve and Keroro in action (per se), he thinks about not judging people by outside appearances. That's what bugged him most of his life, after all.]

...I think y'got some damn good hands for it. You get your hands on a leather needle and some thread, and I can teach a line stitch that'll keep this holster sturdy.

She is the cutest.

[Eve was used to people thinking she was too young to fight, too young to be going after criminals. Even Sven thought so at one point. She had grown used to it eventually, and after a while it didn't really bother her. She knew her worth as a Sweeper...albeit one without a license.]

Really? [She couldn't help but feel happy to hear that. She's never had anyone tell her her hands would be good for creating something. (Which was a whole lot better than what Torneo used to tell her she was good for.) She looked at her hands like she didn't recognize them, before looking back up at Kanji.]

How long will it take to learn?

That all depends on how quick ya pick stuff like this up. Could take ya an afternoon, a couple days... no more than that, though. Once ya pick it up, it's all about practice, makin' sure the stitch is sturdy.

[He turned and took his sewing kit out of his jacket pocket, rifling through it for a moment before shaking his head.]

Damn it! All I got's my one... y'got time after practice lets out? I got most'a my tools at home, and we can knock out a quick lesson before lunch.

I have a good memory and Sven's said I learned fast. But I've never done anything like this.
