Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. This training log happens January 30th.

FAQ: For any character confusion or questions. Answered enthusiastically by Maito Gai.
Breakfast: Provided by the combined efforts of Cinderella, Katakura Kojuro, Saya Tagaki.
Batch 1: Beginners under the age of fifteen. Taught by Prussia, Fakir, Auron, Steve Rogers.
Batch 2: Adult beginners. Under Saber, Kaoru Kamiya, Lightning Farron, Maito Gai, Tifa Lockhart.
Batch 3: Intermediate fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Hyuuga Neji and Ling Yao. Please see list of random sparrers.
Batch 4: Experienced fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Selendis. Please see list of random sparrers.
Weapon transformation: How to Change into Your Weapon Form. Yuuri, Ishida Mitsunari, Spirit.
Soul Perception: If you still don’t know by now-- Any of the Soul Perception people. Luna Lovegood, Azusa.
Partner training: How to Work Together as Partners. Tassadar and Nataku. Maka and Soul. Shizuo and Motochika. Eve.
Weapons handling training: Genesis, Tenten.
Shooting range: How to shoot things 101. Grit, Vash the Stampede, Leon. Fuu Hououji (for Archery).
Meister Ability helpers: Edgeworth, Death the Kid, Ryuuji.
Medics (and First Aid Training, lead by Naomi Kimishima): All the medical people.
Audience: Because some people just want to watch.
Watch: An area closed off to the Watch members who need any sort of special training.

People that go far will see it that way, de arimasu. The only important thing for a successful invader is to do whatever it takes to complete the objective, de arimasu! [He doesn't notice that he doesn't practice what he preaches.]

And how about if doing whatever it takes to complete the objective means having to kill someone, or hurting people? [And he watches the alien being with mild curiosity along with his concealed distaste]

Ah well, good luck with it, then. I suppose I'll be watching out for whether you have any success or not. [Maybe. Or maybe he'll consider it irrelevant and promptly forget that you mentioned it as soon as you're out of his sight, as he does with all information he considers useless]

Of course! We're alien invaders, it's our job, de arimasu. Being kind to your enemies is being cruel to yourself, de arimasu. [But in reality he'd hesitate, especially because there are people he cares a lot about.]

Even if those 'enemies' turn out to be rather harmless in comparison with whatever methods of killing you have available to you? [He does have his doubts, you're a two feet tall 'frog', after all...though of course he knows better than to judge someone based on appearances and first impressions alone. He doesn't look particularly threatening himself after all.

In military school we were taught never to underestimate an opponent. It is better to use more force than necessary than it is to lose a whole platoon because you thought something was harmless, de arimasu.

That sort of equates with criminal activity though, doesn't it? Or are you only going by your own rules, and not the rules of the society you're currently inhabiting?

[Keroro's eyes also narrow slightly, but mostly this is in response to Izaya's eyes narrowing. He is unsure why Izaya is narrowing his eyes at him, to be honest.]

Invading isn't exactly a non-criminal activity, de arimasu. Besides, the important thing isn't following rules, it's doing the right thing, regardless of what the rules are, de arimasu.
