Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Monday, August 30th.

My apologies. I did not expect to meet a deity in such a place and in the form of a wolf. [There were certainly divine beings who took the shape of animals back home but he'd never heard of Amaterasu taking on the form of a wolf before.]

Nothing at all. The animals themselves are crafted from magic. They'll only obey the one who creates them.

Correct. They disappear once they've been taken down.

Is there a way to distinguish them from real animals?

You can sense the Madness around them. If you have a good sense of smell, you'll realize they have a different scent too.

I presume you're able to detect this scent. How would you describe it, compared to a real version?

I would... compare it to an illness similar to the corruptions demons cause when they're around.
