Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Monday, August 30th.

[ people skills, yeesh. judging from the look of this guy he doesn't really seem to have very many, but he's standing in the designated area with one wrist rested lightly on the hilt of his katana. believe it or not he's an instructor, even if he doesn't look very friendly. ]
