Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on Monday, August 30th.

[He could be and he could not. Depends on the idea of being beaten and if losing to a large wolf interested in cuddles and licks was bad. Because, he is totally getting nuzzled and licked to being beaten right now.]

[ Hey, he sure doesn't think it's bad.. he wants to speak up about that fact, but it's sort of hard when you're completely being distracted by the cuddles and licks. It tickles, so instead he just starts laughing, lying there like some loser.. ]

[He's laughing and gives in. Shortly after her victory is secure, Amaterasu stops and just smiles at him. What was going to be next? Huh? Huh~?]

[ That's dogs for you, they never run out of energy.. not that Josuke is easily exhausted, but, well, he has been training here all morning already so he's already spent most of his energy. Still, he doesn't want to disappoint Amaterasu, so he sits up with a grin to catch his breath. ]

Still up for more?

[Amaterasu's ears quiver and she stares for a minute. Up for more? If the way she springs at him after a second is any indication, then yes, she's always ready for more!]

[ So eager..! But Josuke would feel bad if he wouldn't at least indulge her a little, so he looks around him before picking himself off the ground and walking over to a branch that's lying on a patch of grass, holding it up in the air with one hand. ]

Here! You wanna go catch?

[Watching him stand up, she trots after him and immediately springs up when he picks up the stick. She drops, hops, anything that might get him to throw the stick sooner. Yes! Yes she wants to catch!]

[ You sure are a typical dog in some ways, Amaterasu.. but Josuke doesn't mind.

He's already grinning as he stretches his arm back and then swings it forward, actually throwing the stick a good distance into the air in front of them. In this sense being overly muscled for someone your age sort of helps, huh. ]

There, get it!

[To be fair, chasing a stick can be seen as an agility exercise.]

[She's already bolting when the stick is tossed. If only it was a Frisbee, she could catch it all cool like, but it's a stick and coming down. Making a spring, she catches it in her fangs. Gnawing on it for a second, she jogs back over to Josuke. Keep throwing like that, and she would use all her muscles today.]

[ Still pretty impressive, catching it before it hits the ground. ]

Oh, so you're an expert! [ Expert at.. playing catch.. I don't know, don't ask me, Josuke is a loser, okay. He's already raising the stick anyway to throw it again, this time a little harder so it goes further. ]

[She'll teach him how to be an expert at catch!]

[But later of course. Once that stick is off, she's gone after it again. It's flying further, but she stays with it. Any obstacles in her way, however, suffer the consequences of being bowled over or knocked aside as she goes to catch.]

[ Hah, things being knocked aside, like Josuke cares about that! He's too busy with the game of catch as well, actually having a pretty good time..

.. except then one of the nearby gardeners is starting to notice them messing up the stuff around the park and starts yelling at them. Josuke pales up and gestures in Amaterasu's direction. ]

C-- c'mon, let's get the hell outta here!

[She's quite proud to bring back the stick in the wake of a few things being knocked over. Or... some flowers and sprouts and sending some dirt flying... knocking over some training equipment.]

[Ammy turns her head at the yelling and she sweats. That wasn't supposed to be a thing. Quickly, she rushes ahead of Josuke to get away from the irritated Gardeners. One thing to bother the gardeners around the training area, but disturbing the citizens gardening was an accident.]

Hold up, wait for me too!

[ Wow, don't abandon him with the angry mob, Amaterasu! But at least it's not like Josuke isn't in good condition, so he's able to chase after her pretty easily to try and get away from them too.. phew, that was a close call though. ]

[It'd probably help to remember that her Meister Ability would calm down the raging crowd, but this is fun. She glances back to see Josuke not that far behind and the group being further. Looks like they were giving up. She springs around when they finally get far enough, tail wagging.]

.. You're sure enjoying this, huh..

[ Not that he's upset or anything, but running away from an angry mob (okay, maybe this group of people was a little smaller, but the idea still counts) is not exactly his favourite kind of activity. He moves to rest his hands on his knees a little to catch his breath. ]

[Well, she has yet to tell him any tales of mischief she got up to back home. She trots up to him as he bends to catch his breath and decides to lick his cheek.]

[ Aw, even if he was mad, it's hard to stay mad at an animal licking your cheek, right.. so his exhaustion soon turns into a small smile, and he raises his hand to pat her on the head. ]

Well, I guess we got away, so that still means you're a good girl.

[Her tail wags and she rubs against his head while giving his cheek another nudge. Yay, she's still a good girl... but she knew that.]
