Morning Training Log
Characters: Everyone!
Location: Park/Training Ground
Rating: PG-13 for violence
Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on June 4th.

Breakfast: The incentive for coming to Morning Training for those who actually don't care about Death City. All food providers are given funds to buy/prepare the food and are then paid for the time they spent cooking/preparing. Provided by Saya and Fabiola

Combat Instruction: One can learn and improve on fighting techniques! Staffed by Cloud, Sion, and Mulan

As expected, the police aren't getting far in their questioning. I've been granted permission to send in a few agents to assist in getting answers from them.
However, Shibusen is also quite soft, and the usual methods are off-limits. I don't particularly care how we get information from them, but we do need to follow their guidelines to a degree- or at least appear to. Toe, push the line, but not quite crossing it..
So I need reasonable individuals that will be effective, discreet, and won't get carried away.

Heh. Because you can trust Shibusen to get to the bottom of anything quickly.. [ Ah yes, that snide dislike for the structure in power as usual. Re-l rolls her eyes at the thought of it - at least Romdeau ran like a well oiled machine, for all of its downfalls. Anyone who did wrong was caught, arraigned, and sentence in prime and orderly fashion.
... Not so easy without the surveillance structure, here, but still. ]
Shibusen needs to learn that a war is war. You can't treat witches who would sooner slaughter all of you in the same way you treat a naughty child. Bring your power down on them hard or wait for them to pluck your city away like they are right now.
That said, I am available to do it. People here may not be the same as immigrants or citizens but I think I don't need to explain that I am not as sort as Shibusen.

Hm. There's something we can do, but with the way people have been rioting, lately, I wouldn't recommend my own plan for the time being. [ She'd ended up toppling her own grandfather's government, why not Death City if people ended up continuing to be useless all around? ]
