Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on June 4th.

The roses are blooming nicely but I was a bit clumsy while checking on them.

I normally do but got off to a late start this morning and forgot my gardening gloves.

[She stifles a yawn as she finally gets the bandaid out of the paper wrapper and then realizes it's going to be rather tricky getting it properly affixed since she pricked her right hand.]

Um, could you give me a hand?

[And if Rosalia looks closely, she might notice a complete lack of the usual whorls and loops on Lily's fingertips...]

Ah, okay.

[Makes sense. What gardener wouldn't have gardening gloves?]

Sure!

[Rosalia can easily do this. There's a matter of cleaning up the blood before taking the bandage and wrapping it on. She thinks something appears wrong on Lily's hand, but isn't immediately able to recognize.]

[Not realizing Rosalia might have noticed anything wrong with her fingerprint-less hands, she glances around. Lezard doesn't seem to be about so it seems safe to ask...]

That geeky-looking fellow with the glasses hasn't been bothering you, has he?

[She'd spotted him talking to her one morning some time back but had been busy at the time and had mostly forgotten about it until now.]

You're welcome.

[She just smiles, quite unaware of things. She tilts her head]

You mean Lezard? No, he hasn't. Why?

[Dag nab it, maybe she should have thought ahead more!]

...Um, well, he's usually interrupting my work and I noticed him hanging around this area a while back so I was worried he might be doing the same.

[Confused]

Oh. I guess it would be a little weird if for him to be around if he wasn't employed at the clinic...

Oh. You're his co-worker then? [Oops. So, he really was serious when he claimed to be a medic? Lily wondered if any patients had tried to flee with his obnoxiousness!]

[bloodinbloom]

I'm kinda supposed his boss. [She shrugs] The clinic is more managed by Shibusen, but I sign the delivery forms.

I see. Has he worked there long? [Maybe, she could dig up some info without having to resort to the getting Lezard drunk plan...] You ever get patient complaints about him?

It's been a while now. [She tilts her head]

Not too many? One person did say 'if they wanted Dr. Stein, they would've just visited him'.

Dr. Stein? [Wasn't that the guy from the school with the giant screw sticking out of his head? She didn't know much else about him though.] Is there something wrong with him? [Was he especially annoying, too?]

[She shrugs]

I don't know. I spoke to him a few times and I thought he was okay.

I see. I've never spoken to him myself. [Although if someone was comparing Lezard to him, maybe it was better that she didn't!]

Does Lezard talk to you much? Ever say anything about where he came from?

[bloodinbloom]

You haven't? [But this was the Lily Lezard wanted to know more about right? Huh...]

He talks to me occasionally, but it's mostly work-related. Where he came from? I don't know.

Oh. He doesn't talk much about himself then, huh? [Dag nab it. It looked like she wouldn't be getting much information this way.]

[bloodinbloom]

Not really...

[A pause] Have you tried asking him?

Yes but he tends to ignore certain questions. [As if he's hiding something...]

[bloodinbloom]

Oh...

[She thinks] If you want, I can try finding that out.

Um, nevermind. Just forget I said anything... [No need to drag her into this and hopefully, she wouldn't mention this to Lezard...]

[She blinks. How does she ask her about her favorite colors and such?]
