Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. This training log happens January 30th.

FAQ: For any character confusion or questions. Answered enthusiastically by Maito Gai.
Breakfast: Provided by the combined efforts of Cinderella, Katakura Kojuro, Saya Tagaki.
Batch 1: Beginners under the age of fifteen. Taught by Prussia, Fakir, Auron, Steve Rogers.
Batch 2: Adult beginners. Under Saber, Kaoru Kamiya, Lightning Farron, Maito Gai, Tifa Lockhart.
Batch 3: Intermediate fighters, for sparring with each other. Overseen by Hyuuga Neji and Ling Yao. Please see list of random sparrers.

Excellent! Then we will start there, and there are a few of the... round ones, I believe. Those are of most use for archery?

[It's a question because while he's used a lot of weapons, he's always used person-shaped targets, and he's never used a bow and arrows on the field. They weren't typical weapons for a ninja.

He pulls one of them out, gesturing at it.]

Fire? I have inner fire! But if you meant physical fire then there is a lighter, I believe it is called, in your hand.

[Gai blinks as Sasuke approaches him and straightens up from where he was crouching, working on one of the area tie-offs.]

Sasuke? Is there something that I can help you with?

I am glad to hear it.

[He happily handed over the pancakes and then produced a spoon, a fork, and a pair of chopsticks. As Gai wasn't quite used to silverware he wasn't quite sure which Kanji might prefer; Gai had yet to actually use a fork here.]

Seems like a great hassle. Do the humans even know you're there? Since it sounds like you rarely go to their world.

[And there he is, Gai's second target. He picked up a few different types of candy from Seven-Deathleven earlier, not knowing which to go with, and felt he was well prepared.]

[Of course he was, Gai knew he was, but it was more polite to ask.]

[The cap drops out of Keroro's hand as he watches the rest of his tea slowly seep into the ground.]

[He doesn't really notice anyone glancing at him, more occupied with the fact that he just spilled his tea. ALL OF HIS TEA. His perfect observation spot was now ruined. And who are you calling a monster, Izaya.]

I think it's like you're able to connect really well with someone! It's more feeling than anything although [Laughs sheepishly] I've only had neutral resonances so I can't tell you what a good is like, exactly.

[Mitsunari moves to take his katana from the table, returning it to his side.]

[As Yukimura falls back, Mitsunari lunges once more and drops to his knees, looming above Yukimura. It's sudden and it's abrupt, unceremonious and harsh. If Yukimura cannot visualize himself as his weapon and cannot will himself into transformation, Mitsunari will have to force him into it. He himself struggled with transforming for a long while, until his very life dangled in delicate balance. He has reason to suspect that Yukimura may be the same. Arm returning to normal, he grabs hold of Yukimura's jacket and jerks him forward, teeth grit together fiercely, bared-]

You may not always be able to leave. If you're out somewhere and a bunch of guys jump you, you should know how to fight them off and get away to safety.

Then you can bring your Meister back and kick all of their butts.

[Ryuuji watches closely as the ball flies and hits. There was a little something about it off, like an odd afterglow.]

Food can wait, despite the low growl that his stomach produces to remind him that it is overdue for its morning meal. In his time in Death City, Kiyomasa had come to learn that though many did know the name of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and his conquests, there we an equal number who did not. Based on what he's managed to mentally decipher from what he knows about Nagi, he decides that with all of her talk of Summoners and Masters, her world must be far different from that of his own, or perhaps anyone else's.

At her request, he will grant her quite the earful. Speaking highly of his lord was something Kiyomasa did best.

"My lord is Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a man among the greatest names my home has ever known," he beams, holding his head with great pride. "I serve him as a general but in many ways, I view him as my own father. It was beneath his watchful gaze and the care provided by his wife, the remarkable Lady Nene, that I grew into one of his most trusted men. In return for the graciousness he has provided me over the years I have been beneath his care, I swore my life and my halberd to the name of the House of Toyotomi and the kingdom he has built."

That certainly makes sense. Should we head over to the practice area then? I doubt this path makes a good place to fight.

It's basically the understanding, deconstruction, and rebuilding of matter using energy that comes from the earth. We follow the principle of 'equivalent exchange'--for whatever is brought forth, something equal must be returned.

[Ling lets out a yelp of surprise, his lips making something that looks like a duck gasping for air for a moment.]

Aiya-- I wouldn't be able to wear a hat like that! I think I'd fall right over. It must be an ability of your people.
