Time: 6am to 9am
Description: Training takes place every morning in the park to prepare the guests of the city for the ongoing war. It's handwaved most days, but approximately once a month this gets played out in a log. This log takes place on May 4th.

[Obito was certainly interested in any sweets that were freely available. He heads up to the stand with Keroro. After all, if these are going to be sold in the Hikan Cafe they have to be up to par, meeting the standards of both the Keronian and his sorta-kinda adopted child.]

These... they all look great! [He glances across the spread and can practically feel his mouth watering.] We can really have a slice for free?

[ Condesce gets up when Obito aproaches, if not only to show her face to the ones who want to get some of her cakes ]

Only one, bro. Gots to have enough fo' everyone ta have a taste.

[Oh, hey, business partner! Just ignore the frog standing on his tiptoes, looking at the cakes.]

If it's only one, then we should pick two different slices, de arimasu. That way we can share, de arimasu!

Only one, huh? [Well, that was reasonable, considering how many people are here and wanting to indulge. He turns his head down and smiles at Keroro.]

That sounds like a good idea. What kind are you gonna get? I kinda... want the Sweet Potato one. [That was a treat he could find at home. He wondered if it would taste anything like the yaki-imo he would share with his cousins during the fall.

There sure is a lot of different kinds, though. He turns to the Condesce.]

You made all of these? By yourself?

[ Oh hey frog bro, sup. Condesce will not talk to you with her bidness voice; this time, you get the actual deal ]

She proceeds to grab a knife to cut a slice of Sweet potato cake for Obito ] F'course. Da Condesce be the best glubbin' cook n' baka in town.

Bitches dunno what they in fo'. [ and she turns to Keroro once again ] Watch'ya havin', Seargeant?

Ah. Good morning, de arimasu! [He gives Condesce a quick salute and does not think at all about her reasons for why she sounds so different from the first time he spoke to her.]

I'd like a slice of the Apricot-Pumpkin one, de arimasu.

[Obito is practically bouncing on his feet as he watches her cut him a slice of the cake. Her turn of phrase is a little different, but there are a lot of different people here and she is one of the trolls, after all. He hardly expects her to be completely normal.]

It looks great... [He wants to chow down right now, but knowing he's going to be sharing with Keroro keeps him from starting in without waiting on his friend.] Seems like it must have taken a lot of time for just one person. You really must be the best baker!

[It almost makes him worry for the other bakery in town. Maybe they should have hired her to manage... Oh well. At least Keroro will have good business at the cafe.]

[ The troll hands Obito his cake and then cuts Keroro's slice, handing it to him after ]

Bakin' kinda like a hobby 'n all. And I gots totes free time right now. [ because she can't go around killing her enemies, how unfair ]

But I had ma cake empire back on Earth befo' that shit exploded.

[Keroro receives the slice of cake with both hands before he starts halving it with a fork.]

Ah, I remember you talking about that, de arimasu. What happened to your Earth anyways, de arimasu?

Thanks, thanks! [Wow it looks so good. Cake for breakfast! Obito could get used to this...

It's only through sheer force of will that he manages to not gobble up his slice as soon as it's handed over. He watches Keroro then follows his lead, cutting his slice in half and carefully moving one piece to the Keronian's plate.]

Exploded? What, the cake?

[ she shrugs ]

Nah, buoy. Earth. Da planet. [ Condesce shrugs because she really doesn't care ] Sum human brats played a game and dat shit exploded the wurld.

[Don't get too used to it, Obito. Cake and nothing but cake is not a proper breakfast. And Keroro has RESPONSIBILITIES as the only adult of the household to make sure that his housemates were eating full meals.

That doesn't mean he won't accept half of Obito's slice of cake though. It also doesn't stop him from immediately digging in to cake that is just as good as the last time he'd tried them.]

Couldn't you stop them, de arimasu?

[Obito paused with a bite of apricot filled cake half-way to his mouth.]

.... the planet exploded? [His voice was drenched in skepticism.] From a game?
