EVENT: The Great BREW Malfunction Pt 1 [OPEN]

Description: ...something strange is going on here.

At some point, something strange begins to happen. People start randomly disappearing. Sometimes they reappear immediately after and they may not even notice, but sometimes there's a noticeable lag between their disappearance and their reappearance.

Sometimes, they don't even reappear in the same place!

At least it doesn't seem to be dangerous. Unless you disappeared from your kitchen and reappeared at the other end of the city. In which case, you might want to start running.

Either everything sort of points at this being BREW related (after all, if it were Witches, there would be a lot more danger).

[Seeing Eve work so diligently never failed to make Keroro happy. He supposed it was much like the way a proud parent would feel.]

[She nods as she begins to prepare the ink. She'd ordered a proper set through Metokkori R's connections.]

[And then Keroro disappears mid-sentence.]

[Eve drops what she was doing and stands up, her chair scraping against floor as it's pushed back.]

Keroro!?

[And he's back near immediately.]

[.......wut.]

...Keroro, what was that?

.....Parental support, de arimasu?

No. I mean. [She slowly sits back down.]

You...you suddenly disappeared.

Eh?

[He immediately looks at himself.]

What do you mean, de arimasu? I'm right here.

But you were... [She makes a vague hand gesture and looks really confused.]

You were gone and then you...came back.

I-I was gone, de arimasu? But...I don't remember being gone, de arimasu. H-How could that be, de arimasu?

I don't know. It just--

[And this time Eve disappears only to reappear again barely a second later.]

--happened.

E-Eve-dono?!

[Was she getting to that age where she'd spontaneously disappear?

......There is no such thing, Keroro.]

...what is it?

Y-You disappeared, de arimasu!

[She blinked.]

I did?

[Then she patted herself down as if she might notice something different or changed about herself.]

You did! You were there and then all of a sudden, you weren't!

Just like what happened to you.

[She is being way too calm about this, probably.]

Maybe......

We're being haunted?

Juuuust kidding, de arimasu.

[He hopes.]

Does this happen when people are haunted?

I.....I don't know, de arimasu. We just used to get a weird mark on our walls and a sudden heaviness every now and then, de arimasu.

Then maybe it's not a haunting...
